The space

The home is about a 10 minute walk to the Coral Ridge Country Club and a 12 minute walk to Bayview Park. Publix Super Market is right around the corner, and you'll be around 5 mins away from restaurants and coffee shops.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, spacious cabinet, walk-in closet, french doors opening to the pool, shower, heated floors, and heated towel rack, as well as an additional door to the pool and outdoor shower.

The second bedroom features a spacious closet and a king-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom offers a king-sized bed, spacious closet, TV, a laptop-friendly workspace and french doors leading to the yard. The second bath has a custom spa tub and shower with heated floors.

With a spacious kitchen and fully equipped living room, you will truly have everything you need to relax after a long day of sightseeing, shopping, or working. The custom lighting adds a comfortable and unique touch. We also have a large custom separate refrigerator and freezer with a large ice maker in the kitchen.

There's also a custom built-in dedicated home office space for 3 people with desks and chairs - a perfect setup

for those who are working or studying from home!

We have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone including pool towels - one less thing to worry about!

Our backyard oasis has a custom saltwater pool with a heater, custom spa built into the pool with seating for 8, BBQ, covered patio space with dining area and lounge area for 8 or more, 2 outdoor showers, outdoor custom built-in gas tiki torches, and grass area. There is a washer & dryer, a mini-fridge, WiFi, a TV with G Chromecast and Bluetooth-enabled soundbar/subwoofer, a whole house generator for emergencies, and front & side driveways to accommodate up to 4 cars are all available during your stay.
