Coral Cove is an elevated home, so the main great room is located on the second floor. Designed to be completely open and allow for easy together time, this room boasts an airy vaulted ceiling with shiplap detail and a ceramic tile floor. In the living area, denim-blue sofas and a patterned armchair surround the large HDTV ideal for catching up on your current favorite Netflix show together. Through the glass doors lies the spacious screened-in lanai, which also includes a comfy outdoor living space with an HDTV and an alfresco dining area.
Back inside, the recently renovated kitchen is a pristine and efficient space to prepare anything from morning coffee and fresh banana pancakes to after-beach snacks and happy hour cocktails. Crisp white shaker cabinets are topped with sparkling quartz countertops, while the full suite of premier appliances includes a spacious refrigerator, smooth top electric range, microwave, dishwasher and even a wine fridge!
The L-shaped island has casual seating for four, while the nearby dining table has seating for six more.
Down the short hallway are the three private sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom suite is first, with a sumptuous king-size bed set into a tropical wicker frame. The large bed faces a mounted HDTV, while the huge walk-in closet also houses a stackable washer and dryer. In the primary ensuite bathroom, there's a beautiful marble vanity and a step-in shower with a glass door.
In the second bedroom, there are two twin-size beds and an HDTV, while the third bedroom houses a lovely queen-size bed. In between these two bedrooms, there's a full bathroom with a walk-in shower that is accessible from the hallway.
Make your way downstairs to the covered patio, where there's yet another comfy spot to lounge and relax in the shade. The kidney-shaped heated pool includes a soothing waterfall and is surrounded by a charming white picket fence that adds to the feeling of privacy, and the Weber gas grill allows you to grill some burgers or fresh seafood for dinner.
