"We had an amazing stay at Taylor's house! We had two families, so we loved that there was an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. The upstairs unit has a larger eating area and kitchen, so that was our hangout spot. They are two completely different units with no indoor access to the different floors.Things we loved: - The location was perfect!! We were so close to so much, within walking distance to both the bay and the beach. - The two golf carts were amazing! This was our first time using them to get around, and it was incredible. Our kids loved it and it just added to the island feel. They both worked great! - Taylor was super responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip and also during our stay. - The beach cart and toys were great. We used them a couple of times when we went to the beach close to the house. - We also really enjoyed the pool and the pool lights. Most of the time our kids swam was in the evening due to the August heat, so the lights definitely made that possible and lots of fun! - Also a tip for families and getting groceries....Walmart in Bradenton delivers to the house. It was so great to not have to go shopping for food after arriving."

Perfect for multiple families!
"We had an amazing stay at Taylor's house! We had two families, so we loved that there was an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. "We loved our stay here!! Taylar was so accommodating! The pool was a favorite as well as the 2 golf carts!!! The house handled out big group!! There was plenty of beach toys, wagons, beach towels to take to the beach! Easy, quick walk to the beach!"

"We live locally and own our own business so it is hard to get the family together. This place was perfect. The golf carts came in so handy. Our room on the second floor was quiet, which we loved. The pool was wonderful and the beach was close enough to walk."

Great property for big group and great location
"The property is centrally located and worked out great for 10 adults. The pool is amazing. Owner is very responsive. They just ordered new all weather Cornhole boards and our group loved them. No need to rent a car here the 2 golf carts are all we needed. The cupboards are well stocked and so is the shed full of beach gear and the wagons to haul the gear."

"My wife and I have been coming to AMI for the last 5 years and looked forward to sharing this with our adult children and friends. The property has everything that you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic, new all weather Cornhole boards were a hit. Shed stocked full of beach gear and carts to lug it 2 blocks to the beach. Taylar is a superhost as far as we are concerned. Very accommodating fast to respond. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises."

"Taylor was AMAZING! She was super responsive whenever any issues came up. The location is fantastic! The pool was great! We had tons of fun! The lodging was adequate and we had a great stay, but there's not a lot of space in the downstairs unit to hang out with large groups."

Wonderful Beach Retreat for 12
"Great clean home for our extended family reunion. Awesome pool for our young kids. Good communication with Taylar. She went above and beyond to ensure we had 2 good working golf carts for the duration of our trip. She takes the reviews to heart and purchased a new gas grill recently which we put to good use a couple times during our stay. Handyman was sent over same day to do a couple minor repairs. Recommend refreshing the beach shed to allow for more organization and ease of pulling things in and out. Toys could use a refresh as well. We didn't use too many items in there, just the 2 beach chairs at the top of the heap. Overall highly recommend! Would love to rent again next time we're in the area!"

"I have vacationed in so many rentals over the years and have never had a host so responsive and helpful prior and during the trip. I can't say enough about the rental itself. Our group of two families with 3 small children enjoyed the space and the amenities. So many supplies were offered that we overpacked tremendously. If you're looking for the perfect beach home with a great location, I highly recommend this rental!"

"The location of the house is perfect! Just 3 blocks from the beach! It is an easy walk or golf cart ride. The pool was amazing for the afternoons and really fun with the lights in the evenings! We really appreciated the 2 golf carts that were included as well! When we looked at other rentals we were going to have to rent our own golf carts which would have made the trip more expensive. They also could drive pretty far without concern so it was really nice not having to worry about getting an Uber.The property manager was great at getting back to us quickly when we had questions and was very helpful!The only thing that would have bumped the house to a 5-star stay for me was if the upstairs and downstairs were connected internally. It was a bit of a pain having to walk outside to hang out with your friends who were upstairs or vice versa."

"This duplex worked out great for our girls trip of 8 adults. The pool needs hand rails by the steps as the steps are slippery. Plenty of supplies and very clean."

Paradise found!
"We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group. Taylar went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with the golf cart. She has the house stocked with essentials to make traveling more convenient. The back yard was an amazing hangout for the kids. The house is so close to the beach, with easy access. Don't let google maps fool you a short two minute walk and you are on the beach! I would rent here again!!"

Great location!!
"Overall we enjoyed our stay. We rented both units which worked well for our extended family.
There were a few minor mishaps. When we arrived the internet was not working nor the cable. My husband spent about 4 hours working with the cable company to get it fixed. The accommodations were good but could've have been excellent with a little more attention to detail. We lacked dish towels and wash cloths. The upper unit was very cohesive and well stocked. The lower unit was less cohesive and was a bit of a mishmash of items in the kitchen.
The last item we had to address was the BBQ grill. It had not been maintained and was truly a mess. Even with our attempts to clean it we were not comfortable using it.
We shared our concerns with the owner and she was very apologetic. With a few tweaks and a little attention to detail this could be a five star stay. We would stay again if the issues above were addressed."

"Location, location, location! This home was minutes from the beacheven walking with a two-year old. The backyard pool area was fantastic, and the front porch was perfect for night time game play. The golf carts made traveling around the island very easy. Inside the house was as pictured, and it was just large enough for our group of 12 (plus an infant). The real reason we chose this house was for the short walk to the beach and the outside amenities. The host was very responsive to our questions."

"Taylar was an incredible host, very responsive, and clearly cared that our stay went as planned. The house has an amazing backyard, complete with pool, and screened in front porch for when the sun is directly over head. A quick walk or golf cart ride gets you to the beach.
You can also take the golf carts to local stores, which proved to be very useful and we found some great restaurants along the way!"

Amazing property/location
"Taylar's house was absolutely perfect for our group & stay on Anna Maria Island. We loved the heated pool and separated living spaces. We spent most of our time hanging out in the upstairs unit as there was a bit more living space, but the downstairs unit had everything we needed as well. Taylar was very responsive and even let us check in early & check out late to work around our flight schedules. The location is perfect, being a little closer to Bridge Street. Walking distance to a lot of shops/restaurants and steps from the beach and the canal, but the golf carts were an added bonus if we didn't have a rental car. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch in the mornings. Refreshing to show up to a property and see enough real beds for the number of guests listed. There is sleeping space for 12 in actual beds. (1) King bed and (1) queen bed in the upstairs unit with (2) queens and the (2) bunk beds in the downstairs unit. No surprises with this property, everything listed on the website description was accurate and we were very pleased with our stay. I will definitely be coming back to Taylar's property for our next trip to Anna Maria Island if possible!"

Perfect Accommodations
"The entire duplex is perfect for a large group. The listing pictures are accurate and we couldn't be more satisfied. Great too for our pooches. The location is within walking distance to the beach. The pool is heated and made for a nice end to a beach day. The golf carts are an added bonus!!!! So much fun!!! Also, the host quickly responded to questions. We will stay here again!!!"

"Taylor was an amazing host! The backyard is one of the best features of this place. It was a great place to hang out and connect around the pool. The property being split into 2 units was great for our family get together. Our kids loved the hammock out front and the heated pool. Having the golf carts to get around really added to the island feel and were enjoyed by all. I can't express how grateful I am for such an accommodating experience on such short notice! Thanks again and if we find our selves in AMI we will be back again."

Comfy and great location
"Absolutely wonderful and exactly as described in the listing. This duplex worked out perfect for two families which provided privacy for all. Contactless checkin was a breeze. This property was well maintained as well as the heated pool. With the cooler temps over Christmas the heated pool worked out great for our children. The beach was a short walk and the two electric golf carts that were provided was an added bonus. Taylar was a wonderful host!"

"Great house in a great location! We booked for a family get together with several of us coming in from different spots and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms in the house, short walk to the beach, great backyard with pool that we enjoyed everyday, screened porch was fun for enjoying the weather while avoiding the bugs, and the golf carts were an awesome addition. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again!"

"Our family had a wonderful reunion with plenty of room for 9 to spread out and also areas to gather together. House had what we needed to be able to fly in with just carry-on suitcases. Location with beach and Bridge Street nearby was awesome. Taylor communicated regularly and even provided suggestions for where we could get a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Appreciated that there was not a long-list of check-out to-dos even though we ourselves are always conscious of leaving places in the shape we found them."

"We had a lovely stay- house was clean and as described- loved the set up of 2 up, 3 down. For our mixed group it made sense. Golf carts were a big plus and fun but it rained and so cars and Ubers def came into play.
When pool gets in will really add to the place but with the rain we didnt miss it. So close to the beach! House came with towels and chairs was nice to just show up. Randy was very easy to communicate with and responsive. To get to restaurants and shopping need a car of golf cart."

"Randy and Tayler have set this house up to meet all your needs. There's little extra touches throughout the house like a dry line in the shower to hang suits, charging stations with every plug you could imagine and all your beach needs in outdoor storage. The house is well equipped and the golf carts were a huge bonus, without them we would have had a much different experience and probably wouldn't have left the house as much as we did to explore the island. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and the wagons were helpful in getting all the beach supplies over. At the house we hung out on the front porch but when inside we would venture to the upper portion of the house where the space was better for our group of 8. Randy and Tayler were quick to respond to our questions and even swung by the house to drop off some new umbrellas for the beach on our first day. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"Good location, close proximity to the beach. Wish the pool was finished as told when we booked. Would have really made the stay. Otherwise, we had a lot of room for our family of 12 between the two levels. The golf carts were amazing! We never used our cars the entire stay. "Our stay was amazing! The house slept 10 people (8 adults, 2 kids) more than comfortably. The golf cart use was what made this trip so enjoyable! So very easy to get anywhere on the island. The only issue we had, and it was really a non-issue for us, was that out of all the tv's in the house (there were about 8 of them) we could only get two of them to work. Not a big deal. We didn't even bother to let Randy or Taylor know. We really didn't care. We spent all of our time outside and the little ones had iPads to watch their shows on if they wanted to. All in all I would recommend this place for a great beach vacation!"

"My family and I rented the entire Duplex for part of a week in July. The house was only a few blocks from the beach, which was incredibly convenient! The house was clean upon arrival and the host thought of everything!! Beach toys, wagon, and umbrella. There were hoses at the end of the driveway and outside the duplex upstairs, making it easy to wash off all the sand and salt before me made it to the house. Access to a coffee maker, washer, dryer, and a golf cart made the trip a breeze and a ton of fun! We spent the rainy evenings playing games in the screened lanai. It was a perfect stay! I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family."

"We really enjoyed our stay, very nice place and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. They even had a box fan which my husband loved because he is addicted to his fan. They have beach toys, too, which is nice when you're flying and can't take much with you. Would highly recommend!"

can't beat the location!
"Great home for a big family! We stayed with in-laws and grandparents. The layout was perfect for together and separate time. The house was equipped with everything we could ever need- including beach gear for 12! Randy gave quick responses and provided lots of helpful information. The location can't be beat- within a mile to grocery/convenience stores/restaurants. The beach is 2 blocks away! And a quick drive to amazing spots on Lido, Long Boat, Anna Maria. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!"

"The location of this house was amazing and the fact that it came with two golf carts was probably the biggest perk. We never drove our cars anywhere and we're so close to water in both sides even if you wanted to walk there. The screened porch is the beta part of the house and the only space really big enough on the lower level to hang out and eat together. We spent almost all of our time on the porch. The lower level is pretty tight but does sleep a lot, the upper level is newer and much more open. A pool is going in the back so that made the yard in back pretty unusable (esp for the cost in our opinion) however once a pool goes in will be amazing. Overall, was a great place to stay for 3 families with kids. The house was very stocked with everything you would need to cook meals and hang out as well every thing you need for the beach...chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, wagon etc. I do believe there was even a pack n play for small kiddos which is awesome for people flying in!

Love the golf carts!

The location is fabulous. A short walk to amazingly soft, sandy, uncrowded beaches. They have everything you need for the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, towels, and beach carts to haul it all.
The golf carts are invaluable and will take you all over the island."

"Excellent location just a few minute walk to the beautiful beach. Having use of the 2 golf carts was so nice with getting around the island. We were able to explore & go to different beaches. Having a car would have been more difficult with finding parking, etc. Publix was less than 10 min away! There was a set of bath and beach towels for everyone and having a washer/dryer was so nice with wet beach towels that needed drying. Only thing this place needed was a pool but that's being installed in the near future! Definitely would stay here again and I would call dibs on the upstairs unit :)"

"Our stay at Randy's place was great. The duplex distribution was perfect for our group (two families). It was a spotless clean and well equipped, specially when it comes to beach life gear, we had everything we needed. And having the golf carts was amazing and useful to move move around the island, no car needed for the whole week. Location was also great, quick access to the local beach and close to restaurants. Also not far from other beaches by golf cart. Randy was always available to solve doubts, great communication and easy check-in and check-out process."

"Enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and comfortable. Back deck was fun but not sure what was going on with the backyard, maybe installing a pool? The golf cart worked out great and the location was perfect, about halfway in between the North AMI restaurants and the Bridge St area. We only had two couples but the place could have comfortably fit 8-10 people. Randy was very responsive when we had a slight issue one morning during our stay. Would recommend this place!"

Perfect place!
"This was the perfect place for us!!
Vacationing with two families this duplex was wonderful to enjoy time together, but still have our own spaces.
Everything was so clean! The beds were comfortable. Plenty of fresh linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the large table in the screened in porch to play cards on, and the hammock in the front yard was delightful. Big fluffy beach towels for everyone, along with comfortable beach chairs for all, were enjoyed everyday. Washer and dryer were a big plus for us.
The golf carts were so fun and made it so that we didn't need to rent cars. We could get to anyplace on the island and we did! The spectacular beaches are with moments of the property, as well as any type of restaurant we wanted. Highly recommend the grouper tacos at Ugly Grouper and Two Scoops Ice Cream near the northern pier.
Randy's immediate response to any of our questions was greatly appreciated.

"We had a nice time at Randy's place. The use of the golf carts was really nice so that we could get around Anna Maria. The town is adorable and the location of Randy's is excellent! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. There are lot of restaurants near by and the little town has a lot of cute shops, included a candy/ice cream/fudge store! So good!! The place needed extra towels, comfier pillows, and extra pillow cases, but I have let Randy know and I'm sure he will provide. He was extremely attentive during our stay! Would recommend! :)"
