We have a bait freezer. Although we are not located on the water, we have beautiful ocean views from our pristine, comfortable living room. The bedroom has a king bed and the sofa opens to a queen sleeper.with a comfortable gel memory foam mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Just bring your food! Rental has central A/C and tile floors. Large patio/ porch with outdoor table and chairs. Great affordable 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation home located in Venture Out Resort. Large common area for our backyard with picnic tables and shade trees. Great view of the Marina Basin and Kemp channel from our living room. We have central a/c and washer and dryer in the home. Kayaks and paddle boards for your use included in rental price. Golf cart available at a nominal fee. Resort has a pool, spa, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, boat ramps and more. If you have a boat, dockage is available within walking distance for a small fee. Bicycles are included in the rental. Minimum rental is 3 nights.
