"Great location near the best beach in USA. Older property with some age pains although there have been some minor upgrades since we were there last. A little detail TLC needed, the tv controller can be difficult. Overall loved it."

Wonderful property just a few footsteps from the beach
"We recently stayed here Jan 1-8th. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and had the cutest backyard! We loved sitting out by the pool and enjoyed the hot tub each night. It hard to beat just walking through the side gate and being right at the beach access. We spent a lot of days at the beach and went out at night to star gaze. In my opinion staying in this neighborhood is the best place to stay if you have a family because you have peace and quiet, but are still only a few minutes from the pier, shopping, and restaurants. We rented bikes and our kids loved getting to go out and ride around the neighborhood (they are 12 & 13). We definitely want to stay here again in the future."
