Waterview Towers has only 33 condo units. At Waterview Towers you can enjoy the complex's pool or hot tub on its expansive pool deck giving you plenty of room to spend the day, never being crowded out. The pool area overlooks the Choctawhatchee Bays East Pass so you can watch the boats come in and out of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a private sandy beach to dip your toes in the sugar-white sand. There are 2 beaches close by on the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy swimming.

Boat Slip available! When you rent this condo you can bring your boat and enjoy spending time on the water. The slip is located just across the street from the condo in Destin Harbor free of charge to use the slip. Just let us know you are bringing your boat. You will need to sign a contract to use slip

The newly remodeled condo has a transitional vibe with all new furniture, bed and bath linens, and kitchenware. Both bedrooms have king beds with memory foam mattresses. The condo has a split floor plan, each bedroom is located on the opposite sides of the condo for you and your guest's quiet sleeping comfort and privacy. The living room has a pull-out sofa. there is a twin floor mattress with a standing platform for your use in the bedroom closet. The condo is not shared with anyone. This is a 100% smoke-free condominium property inside and outside. No pets are allowed in Waterview 405.

All rooms have smart tvs with cable. The owner has provided a private Wifi for your use, besides the building's shared Wifi. One bedroom has a PlayStation, 2 games and 2 hand controllers with a rechargeable battery and a charger stand for your use. We have also placed 3 white noise machines for those lite sleepers who use them.

This condo was purchased, all discarded, brought up to date. All new paint. All new furniture and linens. At Waterview 405 you have choices! Enjoy taking in the sites. Play a game of tennis at the complex. Dip your toes in the soft sugar-white sand while sitting under an umbrella on the complexes' private beach, work out at the gym, go swimming at the pool, enjoy the hot tub or just sit and enjoy the scenery. Maybe you just want to fish off the jetties or sit on the private sandy beach (catch and release), don't forget your fishing pole. You may decide to enjoy one of the two beaches close by. Need beach stuff? No worries, we got you covered there are 6 beach towels, a beach wagon, 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for your use.

Norriego Point Beach is a quieter beach, not overly busy because of the limited public parking. Norriego Point Beach is to the right once out the gate, less crowded with its 4 water inlets allowing you to swim, feeling the waves. O'Steen Trail Beach you can relax on the beach, snorkel, or catch some fish from the jetties. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole! This is a more populated beach with plenty of space. Both O'Steen and Norriego have lifeguards on site May Sept. just a short 8-10-minute walk. We provide a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for your use that are stored in the condo. It's your choice! The condo's beach is primarily for your enjoyment to drink up the sun and enjoy the views on the sandy beach area. There is no water entry, there is a seawall to protect the building.

Just across the Destin Harbor is HarborWalk with much to offer. There are many diverse great restaurants, some with live music most of the day and into the night. During the day you can browse through the shops, stroll the docks and watch the fishing fleets come in with their catch of the day. There are many different cruises offered: sightseeing cruises, fishing excursions in the gulf or bay, maybe rent a pontoon or jet ski and visit crab island.

Each floor has a shared laundry room with a free washer and a dryer which is next door to the unit on the same floor. All you need is the laundry soap. Only 6 condos per floor. Each floor has its own washer and dryer.

Target and Winn Dixie grocery store close by. You can order your groceries and have them delivered also. There are many restaurants within a 3-mile radius that are spectacular in my estimation.

Mid-March -thru Memorial Day, you can take the water taxi from Waterview dock to go across the Destin Harbor to Harbor Walk Village where you will find restaurants, activities, and entertainment. Enjoy waterfront shopping, paddleboard, and kayak rentals, pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, glass-bottom boats, world-class fishing, pirate ship excursions, dolphin cruises, concerts and live music, weekly fireworks starting Memorial Day ending usually Labor Day, weekly Fat Tuesday parades, live entertainment, and an array of restaurants, including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Harry T's. Harborwalk Village is also home to the Destin Fishing Fleet, the largest charter fishing fleet in the country. Here you can experience the World's Luckiest Fishing Village aboard one of Destin's finest charter boats or stroll along the docks and witness the catch of the day.

Linen fee includes Accidental Damage Insurance up to $1500.00 to cover for accidents inside the home such as spilling wine on the carpet, a child wetting a bed which can cost easily up to $850 because it's considered a hazmat issue. It must be deemed as an accident by Guardian Rental for a claim to be covered. This does not cover non-accidentals, abuse of the property, and other incidents.

Boat slip fee: $45.00 per night. Slip check-in at 11:00 am. Boat slip check-out 10:00 am. Must have insurance and sign boat slip rental agreement.
