General Policies
1. Owner reserves the right to run background checks on guests, prior to renting property.
2. Owner shall send guest a rental agreement, which shall be signed and returned with the applicable deposit within 3 days of receipt to secure the property.
House Rules
1. Maximum occupancy is 6, and all guests must be registered with owner. 2. No pets other than 1 small hypoallergenic dog, which must be preapproved by owner. A pet cleaning fee and refundable pet deposit will apply. 3. No parties, events or additional guests allowed on property. 4. Guests are not permitted to rearrange furniture, or to wash furnishings for any reason. 5. Report all issues or damage to property to owner, at which point guest consents to allowing owner or authorized representative to enter the home to review and resolve the issue. 6.
