Our beachfront Condo is located on the southern end (preferred location by many) of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. Location Info

The Sea Winds building is located on the beautiful southern end of Marco Island, just steps from the beach and ocean. The dolphins frequent the water in front of our building, and we often see them many times each day. Unsurpassed dining is available morning, noon and evening from the balcony, with ever-changing spectacular sunsets. If you want to walk to dinner, we are conveniently located next door to the Sunset Grille, and a short walk to Stilts, restaurants at the Hilton, Marco Beach Club and the JW Marriott. Addition restaurants, shops and a movie theatre are walking distance street side (all 10-15 minutes).

A car is recommended. However, there are affordable taxi options, as well as a trolley that is available at certain times.

About Owner

We have owned our Sea Winds condo since 1997. During that time, the condo has been renovated with an updated kitchen twice, and updated bathrooms, new floor tile, and granite countertops in the kitchen. We visit regularly to maintain our beachfront property and make sure everything is perfect for your vacation. We have many 5-star reviews, and numerous repeat renters, some have been coming for many years. We personally manage our condo as we have tried property management companies and have found they are too busy with multiple units to maintain our condo according to our high standards.

General Policies

See "Additional Info". See "Cancellation Policy" below. Our condo by-laws require a minimum rental period of seven (7) days/nights. You may depart early. Often this is less expensive that days in one of the beachfront hotels. Our condo rents Saturday to Saturday. In certain instances, we may allow additional days if available just prior to your arrival.

House Rules

This property is suitable for couples and small families. Our condo is perfect four (4) adults. It is also a great getaway for a girls' trip, guys' golf outing, honeymoon (beach weddings are common), a romantic getaway, or just some down-time R&R. For six (6) guests, we recommend an end unit ("01" or "06" unit numbers).

Terms & Conditions

$30 parking fee due in office at vehicle registration. Maximum guest count includes infants. Minimum age to enter into rental agreement is 25. No pets. No smoking. No parties. TRAVEL INSURANCE: The owners do not offer travel insurance. However, there are several options available for you to purchase travel insurance if you are interested. You will find more information about travel insurance on the internet. You should inquire about a comprehensive travel insurance that will cover a pandemic. Our cancellation policy will be followed.

We DO NOT accept credit cards. You may pay by check, Zelle or PayPal.

Security Deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL cancellations must be received in writing 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received after 90 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Cancellations received after 60 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of one-half of your rent, and cancellations received after 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your total rent, unless the unit is rented to another party during the same period. The minimum cancellation fee, under any circumstances, will be $100 and will be deducted from your security deposit. You may obtain third party travel insurance if you so desire. A Week in Paradise

"The condo exceeded our expectations! We have rented many condos and your condo was superior. The location couldn't have been better! The condo was very clean and is stocked with everything you could ever need. The balcony is large and we loved watching the dolphins throughout the day. I highly recommend this condo. Our annual trip to paradise!

"We have been coming to Marco Island for many years and love it. The Sea Winds is our favorite pace to stay and 1102 was very nice. Kevin and Cheri were great to work with and the condo was very clean. Good beach gear and great attention to detail. Everything we needed was there. We spend most of our time walking the beach, sitting on the beach reading and swimming in the Gulf. This is the perfect place for a laid back vacation!"

Perfect!

"Simply put, we loved our stay in unit 1102.Kevin and Cheri met us at the condo upon check in and made themselves available if we had any questions or concerns. The unit was spotlessly clean, beds were more comfortable than mine at home. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially the fireworks (we were here for 4th of July). New, or at least new looking appliances. No problems with anything. Overall, we couldn't be more happy with our stay in this unit. Five Stars for sure!!"
