The three bedrooms include a master with a king bed, 46 in flat screen LCD TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 24 in flat screen LCD TV. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, each consisting of a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top with a 24 in flat screen LCD TV and is perfect for the kids. A brand new bathroom provides direct access to the pool and features double sinks and a huge glass shower. Additionally, there is a study with a desk and reading chair if you must work while away or just want a quiet reading area to relax and sip a cocktail!

The kitchen is equipped with a gas range for that gourmet cook, a refrigerator with on-door water and ice, oven and dishwasher. It is filled with cooking equipment and entertainment ware for even the most discriminating chef and host. The brand new Samsung washer and dryer are just steps away in the newly painted garage.

Situated on a wide canal, the house is perfect for the boating and/or fishing enthusiast and just minutes away from Bimini Bay, Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico! Bring your boat and utilize the 8000 pound boat lift. Also available are two floating docks for Wave Runners or Kayaks. Parking is also ample at the house for your boat trailer and multiple cars.

Once back on land, enjoy your own oasis in the expansive backyard. Fish from the dock, swim from one of the largest heated swimming pool on Anna Maria Island that is 9 ft deep. grill the fish you caught on the provided gas grill, relax in the lanai or sit on own private sandy “beach”.
