Reservations are not fully confirmed until a signed copy of the booking form has been received together with the deposit. The rental charge includes electricity, water, all linen and towels and use of all the resort facilities.Keys will be in a lockbox at the front door of the condo. The Renter agrees, by signing this Booking Form, to accept the rental terms and conditions specified in this Booking Form. A deposit of 1/3 is required to secure your booking. A further 1/3 is payable 3 months later. The balance, including tax and other extras and the refundable security/damage deposit, is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
