After a fun filled day of water activities, return home to unwind on your private covered lanai and enjoy the pool overlooking a fabulous sunset. Interior highlights include a split layout with master and en-suite on one end and two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the house.

Open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows on all water-facing sides allows for bright, natural sunlight with comfortable living and dining areas. The living space offers a large, comfortable L-shaped sectional sofa to enjoy the 75" flat screen TV or you can relax with a good book in the recliner overlooking the lanai and canal. The updated kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with everything you may need to create and enjoy delicious meals should you choose to dine in.

At mealtime, gather around the large dining table for six overlooking the lanai, pool and canal. The refrigerator features an ice and water dispenser. This home sleeps up to 6 persons. Ideally suited for a family with the master en-suite and 2 bedrooms for the children sharing a bathroom or 2 couples who would each have their own private bath and some separation. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, large TV and dresser console, and nightstands overlooking the pool and a beautiful water view of the canal.

The master suite offers a large walk-in closet with separate dresser and bath access to the pool. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed, nightstands, dressers, oversized closet space and TV's. One of the guest bedrooms opens onto the lanai with a water/pool view. The full size bath shared between the two guest bedrooms has a walk-in shower, pantry shelving and large sink. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the large screened and covered lanai with comfortable furniture for six.

The separate barbecue area with a new Weber gas grill is ready for your use. Guest amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, garage parking for one car with opener, desk space with printer, Roku for each of the 4 TV's along with local access, a fenced side yard providing a safe play place for children or a small dog (limit: 1 dog under 20 pounds), and a double dock (NO LIFT USE) with fish table.

The home is conveniently located in a residential cul-de-sac within easy walking distance to both grocery stores, many excellent restaurants and coffee shops (including the only Starbucks), Veteran's park and two churches. Public beach access is a short drive away.

Florida is known for its beautiful trees, flowers and shrubs and the oversize lot provides a beautiful view of many native species for your enjoyment; the real "Florida Feel".
