This home is exquisitely decorated with top of the line furnishings and decor. You will be living a dream vacation at this home! The ROMANTIC GROUND FLOOR KING BEDROOM has beautiful tiled floors, stunning wood dresser cabinets and private BATHROOM with walk in shower and garden tub.

It has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and large closets for your belongings. Sliding glass doors open to the pool area with views of the golf course. The SECOND QUEEN BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed, smart flat screen TV, and walk in closet. Sliding glass doors open to the pool area with views of the golf course.

The THIRD QUEEN BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed, smart flat screen TV, and large closet. The fully equipped KITCHEN is centrally located to the pool area. A barbecue and comfortable patio furniture POOL SIDE offer more dining and entertainment choices. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for making fantastic meals.

The GROUND FLOOR LIVING ROOM has a large flat screen TV, plush furniture, and amazing dcor. This room is conveniently located next to the pool area. There is also a WET BAR for storing and making your favorite concoctions.

The DINING ROOM is just off the kitchen and has seating for up to 6. The home comes with a Washer and Dryer. Ironing boards, hair dryers, beach towels and pool toys are provided. Special Note: Unreasonably loud noise and music, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Special Note: Pool is heated (subject to #24 of the home rules published on this site and in your rental agreement) throughout the year in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate during winter depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 18 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS In addition, you are conveniently located to many famous attractions on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

It is minutes to no less than eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Nearby year around attractions such as Innisbrook Golf Club, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Busch Gardens Theme Parks are popular destinations.

Awesome house and great stay

"The house was truly beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed our time there. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the house. We attended a conference in Clearwater and it had a very aggressive schedule, so we spent most of our time there and commuting back and forth. The house itself was very comfortable. My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair and needs a special bed to sleep. The house was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely rent this house again."

Fantastic!!

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful and spacious home. The location was peaceful, private, and relaxing. The view of the golf course was very nice and not at all busy. Deer and birds visited daily. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were also pool toys available for use. The pool and covered patio area were used daily! We enjoyed sitting under the covered patio during a rainstorm. We found the home to be close to many activities and the beach. It was very difficult to leave as our vacation came to an end. Our hope is that it will be available again in the future as we would return in a heartbeat. Brian was also very responsive to any questions we had."

"A beautiful home with space for the whole family. The layout of the home gives you privacy if you have other family members with you. The pool was beautiful and the grounds are kept very clean and neat! We will definitely be staying there again! We had our first trip with our baby and there was even a pack and play if we needed it."

Great vacation

"We took a family vacation to FL during spring break. This was our first time using Florida Sun Vacation Rentals. We had a wonderful time! The house: It was very spacious and clean! We liked that each room had a smart TV. The lights can be a little tricky to figure out, but love that most rooms had ceiling fans. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc! They had some beach towels, bath towels, extra pillows, and a hair dryer for your use. The pool: We loved the size of the pool and the outdoor sitting area. The pool was a very comfortable temp the entire time we were there, which we loved! The neighborhood: Seemed safe, quiet, nice, and centrally located to many things such as grocery store, restaurants, parks. The company (Florida sun vacation rentals): Very responsive and overall helpful! They were on time, communicative, helped with whatever we needed. The are very organized and have a book of important things at the house! Overall great experience and we will book with Florida Sun Vacation Rentals again!"

Amazing Family Place

"We absolutely LOVED this house! It was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids and they loved the pool. It was warm enough for us during December - we spent ALOT of time in it - it's big enough to do laps and it's very clean. The house is close to the Pinellas trail and another cool bike trail system just down the street that was like a nature preserve where we saw all kinds of birds and even alligators. We were able to ride all the way to Tarpon Springs from the house. We love biking so we chose Clearwater to explore the Pinellas Trail and it did NOT disappoint. We rode to Clearwater beach, Honeymoon Island and DunedIn all on different days (not all from the house though). Most days we drove to different sections of the trail and chose about 6 mile routes b/c we have youngish kids (10 to 14 yo). It's a great way to beat the traffic at those places - I was feeling so good about passing all the stopped traffic on the highway and can't beat the scenery on a bike. So, clearwater is amazing and this house is PERFECT for a family to stay and take in the sights. HIGHLY recommend! It will be hard to top this vacation! Also, the house is super clean and very stylish - we loved the comfort of the living room couch - got to all spread out and be cozy. We also loved that the master bedroom is so private and away from the other rooms - felt like we were on a honeymoon getaway. :-)"

Perfect Vacation Home

"House was gorgeous, felt like we were in a museum with all the beautiful furniture and art. Loved the pool and outside dining table. kitchen was nice and large. We had everything we needed right there. Half hour from clearwater. this neighborhood was perfect. Pool toys were available, grill, bikes and more. Husband and son golfed on the course the house was on. Everyone had their own big room, big bed and their own TV and bathroom. We would definitely book this house in the future."

Home Away From Home

"Great vacation! Super comfortable and spotlessly clean. This place had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet. The golf course was never very busy. Use of garage, 7 bicycles, games, pool toys, grill, pool and pool table! On the rainy days we still had plenty to do. The property is surrounded with gorgeous, lush plantings from gardenia bushes to ferns and orchids. Lovely! Exceeded our expectations. I’d like to spend a month there next year!"

Perfect!!

"We stayed in Palm Harbor at this property for the month of July, August, and September 2020. We had just had our second child in NYC during Covid and needed to find a place for our new family of 4 to relax and have some fun. The house is very spacious and the pool is heaven. Really large by Florida standards and peacefully overlooking the 11th hole of a what seems to be an infrequently used golf course. We watched daily for the family of deer to come by as we splashed in the pool. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, spacious, sun drenched, peaceful. The master bathroom shower was like my little spa. Brian is always responsive. Peaceful, true to pictures, and clean. Perfect for me."

Lovely home and pool.

"This rental home was very nice, clean and well maintained. It is nestled into in a quiet neighborhood, alongside a golf course, but you will hardly notice any golfers. The home's pool and amenities were also quite nice, and worth the visit alone. A perfect place to rent if you are looking for a quiet getaway from the tourist areas. If you are looking for a rental, near the beach, this may not be a good choice. We found the 20-30 minute drive, to the closest beach, through daily congested roads a bit frustrating. The only other negative aspect of this property, and our reason for not giving it a 5 star rating, is the handicap accessibility. We specifically looked for properties that were wheelchair accessible. While this home is quite open and spacious, perfect for a wheelchair user, the toilet areas are cramped and confined, and very difficult to maneuver and transfer in. I was fortunate to have family with us during this trip to assist. Similar concerns were encountered entering and exiting the home. There is a formidable step at the front door and garage entrance. Note: there is a small threshold to transverse from the various doors to the pool area but those were easy to navigate without assistance."

Great Place to Call Home in Florida

"Although we thoroughly enjoyed the home, we wished the owner would have provided more toilet paper our family of 6 was there for 7 nights. Additionally, there were no hand towels for the restrooms or the kitchen area, as well as not enough beach/pool towels for our party of 6. We didn’t expect to go out and purchase those items while vacationing. The summary isn’t to highlight a negative experience whatsoever, but to aid in making the owners aware of more items needed when there is a party of six staying there for a week. The house was large enough and very clean for all of to hang out and relax when not out visiting other places in Tampa and Clearwater. Thank you!"
