The Space: SaltAire Key Yacht Club Unit 1 is a luxury 3 bed 2.5 bath waterfront condo with heated pool, gardens, private dining terrace and private upstairs terrace. The living room is wrapped in large windows that include electronic shades for privacy or instant sunshine. The living room also includes a bar that shares the outstanding views of the pool and waterway. The large, eat in kitchen includes seating for 8, a professional gas stove and island.

The downstairs queen bedroom has its own private access to the dining terrace and pool, glass wall, queen bed and 40" flatscreen smart TV. The half bath and utility are just down the hall. The second floor master king suite is wrapped with windows (electronic shades) as well, showcasing truly amazing sunset, waterway and pool views. The private upstairs terrace is accessed through the master as well. The 3rd ensuite bedroom includes a queen bed, flatscreen smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.

The condo is appointed with top of the line linens, furnishings and spa soaps just as in all of Latitude Key's listings.

Guest Access: Guests will receive a personalized electronic door code along with contactless check in instructions prior to arrival and will have access to the full condo unit as well as the entire exterior grounds of the property.

The Neighborhood: SaltAire Key is located in Bayview/ Coral Ridge- one of Fort Lauderdale's most prestigious yachting neighborhoods. Enjoy peaceful walks down the treelined streets, parks, grocery, Starbucks, Sunrise Mall and many more all within walking distance.

Getting Around: SaltAire Key Yacht Club is in the perfect location for walking or biking to the areas hottest attractions. Just north of Sunrise Mall, you are walking distance to hundreds of shops, Publix, Starbucks, and 7-11. The beach is a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute car ride.

Other Things to Note: Minimum renter age is 25 unless approved by management prior to reservation. All of our properties are in high end, beautiful and quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority.
