First floor features an over-sized chef's kitchen with 4 seat bar, large dining room with 8 person table (seating for 12 total) and inviting family room with pool views. A brand new, airconditioned game room with pool table, Tiki bar, ping pong table, dart board, bicycles with helmets, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella! The second floor bedrooms are highlighted by a large master with additional seating/sleeping area.

The master bath has a large shower and separate tub, along with dual sinks and water closet. The 3 additional guest bedrooms all have individual charm that makes each one unique. One with two full beds, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. All bedrooms include flat screen TV's and there is Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Guest Access: Guest are welcome to access the entire property and will be provided an electronic door code for access anytime after check-in. The Neighborhood: Birch Park Finger Estates is one of the most exclusive beach communities in Fort Lauderdale.

With just 9 short streets that dead end at Birch State Park and Start at A1A, this is as close as you can get to the beach without being directly on the sand. Getting Around: Salt Key is perfectly located steps from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and Birch State Park.

Other Things to Note: Minimum renter age is 25 unless approved by management prior to reservation. All of our properties are in high end, beautiful and quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority.
