Loved our 1st Trip to AMI!
"This was our families first trip to Anna Maria Island! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip...the heat was intense but the beaches were simply beautiful! The home was just as advertised, and the owners went above and beyond to ensure the home was prepared for our arrival and that we had everything we needed to make the check in/out effortless. You could definitely see the attention to detail to ensure the home is well maintained and cleaned!! You can easily walk to the beach in a few minutes, or load your golf cart with beach gear for the day! We loved our time there and want to thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!"

Perfect Location on AMI
"If you visiting AMI this is a great home base. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for people to spread out. Back yard area with pool is an added bonus on those hot days. The location was perfect. Just a quick walk/bike or golf cart ride to the beach, great restaurants, shops and groceries. The host is extremely responsive."

Close to Everything!
"Amazing place close to everything!! We loved this house, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and super conveniently located with easy and fast access to all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. The pool was the best! Our kids had a blast, and we definitely enjoyed it after a beach day. I really recommend Ammey's place, which is very clean, homey, and so cute!! And you can not ask for a better host. She is so easy to communicate with, always responsive and so helpful. Definitely one of the best spots in the area!"

Amazing Property - Loved our stay!
"Ammey's place is exactly as described. It is VERY clean and has every accommodation you need. The bedrooms are large and the beds are so comfortable. The pool and backyard are are beautiful oasis, very private and quiet. The location in a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to a very nice Publix grocery store. Lots of restaurants, bike and golf cart rentals are also within minutes of this home. Ammey was always very quick to communicate and very helpful. Do not hesitate to book this property, it is fabulous. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations. Six stars!! We will be back! "

Perfect location on the Island!
"Spacious home in a great location! Very quiet and peaceful location. Walkable to the beach, great coffee and shops. We rented a golf cart and the house is perfectly in the middle of the island so we were able to thoroughly explore all the things. Our family of 5 could easily spread out in the house. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. Ammey was extremely responsive. Would recommend a stay here!"

Perfect Beach House for the whole family!
"What a great place in the center of it all. It was a very short walk to restaurants and the beach. Also has trolley stop at the end of the street. We loved the dock and pool also. We will definitely be coming back! (married couple with two older teenage daughters and grandma)"

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation!
"This review is being written by an 82 year old mother and grandmother who was fortunate to spend Thanksgiving here at Hidden Haven, which is one level, with her son, daughter, son-in-law and 4 grandchildren ages 9 - 15. We rented a gold cart for the week which we conveniently plugged in at the cottage enabling us to explore the island at our leisure and do our daily run for ice cream.
Fishing was done from off shore, from our kayak or from the boat rented for the day always hoping to catch 'the big one'. When walking to the beach, a red cart was provided to carry beach chairs, toys and a cooler. Never a dull moment coming from the beach, which is an 8 min walk, as we could jump into the heated pool & hot tub while dinner was cooked on the grill. We enjoyed eating outside under the umbrellas or relaxing on the chaise lounges under the strung lights.
At the end of the day, everyone scattered to watch one of the four tv's with roku and then settle into a comfortable bed. The cottage was extremely clean and kitchen fully equipped. Charging stations are throughout and there is a desk for our I-pads, etc. Before we arrived, our host Ammey had the lights on to welcome us. Thank you Ammey and co-host Rebecca for being accessible. We had a wonderful time there and look forward to our return.

Incredible Home!
"What an incredible home! We loved our stay!! If we could give it 10 stars we would. The backyard was wonderful to come home to after long days at the beach. We had everything we needed and then more! Everything was thoughtfully planned and placed in the home. We really appreciated the wagon, umbrella, and beach toys! Saved us room in the car. Beach towels for the pool were also provided as well as a blanket for the beach. We were within walking distance to the beach and it wasn't a long walk for my children. They loved it. The beds were so comfortable!! The guide book in the living room was awesome to have as well. Pelican Place felt so homey and was hard to leave. Can't wait to return! Thanks Ammey!!"

Perfect Spot!
"This was a perfect spot to stay for our little family vacation with two teenagers. We all had our own space and still were able to enjoy hanging out as a fam when we wanted to. Being able to walk to the beach AND to restaurants AND to bars (for us adults at night) was perfect. Our kids are in virtual school and it was nice to be able to fit in school work with pool time and beach time. If we ever make another trip to AMI, we will definitely come back!"

Great Central Location!
"Great central location on the island and home is clean, beautiful and well equipped. Pool, dock and grill were perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Beach is an easy 5 min walk and basically the largest area of beach parking is just a couple blocks away. Ideal for big family vacations! "

Slice of Heaven!
"Pelican Place was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. We especially loved the private backyard/pool area. It was a nice to have after a day at the beach. We rented bikes and biked to Pine Ave, AMI pier and the beach everyday. We also hiked to meals that we didn't cook in the kitchen or outdoor grill. This was our first visit to AMI - it is a little slice of heaven we will definitely be back!"

Incredible stay - perfect house
"We found Seabreeze Escape to be an incredible home. So rarely do you find a vacation home that has high end touches - here, the entire kitchen is full of excellent tools (pots, pans, utensils, a frother!, etc.). We found the house to be very clean, very functional, and we felt comfortable and at home. The location is lovely with easy access to the bay beach and park. The walk to the gulf beach is a bit longer but everything in the north end is close. Lovely neighbors, quiet neighborhood, just perfect! Management and ownership super helpful and responsive."

Birthday weekend
"The house is beautiful! Nicely decorated. Beautiful pool! The house was so well stocked. The place was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. We could not have asked for anything more. Couple blocks from Bean Point but the walk isn’t bad. Everything you need for the beach is at the house. We booked here after Vacasa canceled our reservation on a house the day before we were to leave without even letting us know. Ammey was great to work with and so nice and kind. Even left a birthday surprise! We had a wonderful time and could not have been happier!!!"

Great Place for Families or Multiple Couples
"I have actually rented this property twice now, once in September and then again in October. The separate guest cottage makes it so versatile. The first trip was with my 1 year old, brother-in-law, and the grandparents. We used the separate quarters so our teething baby wouldn't disturb anyone else at night. Appreciated the house was already equipped with a high chair and was one level so did have to worry about a baby gate for stairs. Additionally, the house is less than 2 minute walk to the bay and a playground.
Second time was a relaxing weekend with some girlfriends. Again, the separate areas were great and allowed us to spread out. We did a lot of cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. My girlfriends loved the house's close proximity to Pine Ave, the pier, and the main trolley stop.
House was beautifully furnished and clean. Will stay again at this property."

Relaxing Escape
"We had a wonderful week in Anna Maria Island. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is very clean and absolutely well stocked with kitchen items and any personal items needed,---sheets, towels, beach towels etc. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and a bathing suit.
The location is great being at the north end of the island which is quiet and residential. Shops nearby are within walking distance and are handy.
The bay is 200 feet away and right on a park. Being right between the Bay and the Gulf is especially convenient.
The sunset on the Gulf side provides an every changing spectacle you never tire of. We were there each night is see the display.
I enthusiastically recommend this site for your vacation."
Beautiful home, greatl location
"We came down to celebrate our anniversary. Ammey was so easy to work with and even had a welcome gift for us, which was so sweet. The home is perfect for 3 couples or a family with kids needing room. The location was perfect with beach right across from the back yard. We loved the quieter end of the island. We would highly recommend this property and we would love to visit again."
Great stay
"I don’t think they emphasized how good of a location it is. You can be to the Bayside beach in 3 to 5 minutes walking and you can be to the ocean side in 10 minutes walking. It would probably be faster if you didn’t have a baby with you like we did. Great house with all the kitchen utensils and pans you need. Pool is perfect for lounging and everything was clean."

The Perfect Stay
"I cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house was exactly as pictured if not even better. The guest house made for a nice place for my college aged daughter to work on her course work and hang out with a few friends . The location is right by Pine Street and minutes from the beach on either side of the island. The house was so well equipped and comfortable. Best of all it was spotless! We so enjoyed the outdoor features of the house as well. The pool was perfect! We were welcomed to the property with a beautiful welcome bag of goodies. We can hardly wait to return again!"

Thanksgiving Getaway
"We had an amazing week in AMI! It was our first time there. The house was beautifully decorated for Thanksgiving and was so cozy and inviting. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to make some great meals. The separate guest house was perfect for our daughter and her family. The grand kids could go to bed and we could all be over in the main house. We split our time between the beach and the pool which is a perfect size for little ones. We will be back!!"
