There's nothing like being able to step out the back door and take a walk on the beach in the evening while the sun sets over the water. Get the blood pumping with a brisk walk in the early morning or gather on the beach with good company and relax as the waves wash up on the shoreline any time of day or night. This tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps four. Located on the ground floor, you will never have to wait for an elevator. Simply walk up to the corner unit from your reserved parking space and enter your personal code in the door lock and you're in! There are gorgeous views of the beach from the living room, dining room and the kitchen. Each bedroom has a king sized bed and streaming TV from a Firestick. Local channels are also provided. WI-FI Internet is strong throughout the condo with a Deco mesh system. There is a large outdoor deck beachside with lounge chairs and a table. The beach is right there! Warm white sand and waves rolling in. And if you don't want to beach it there is a heated pool around front. There is a pay laundry on site for residents on the ground floor a few steps away from the condo. There is so much to do in central Florida and too many good restaurants to list. One reserved parking space. Visitor parking spaces are available first come, first served.

Nightly rate of $220. Twenty one night minimum. Nightly rate is discounted to $200 for multi-month rental. Mandatory additional 13% of rental amount to be added for Florida taxes. There is also an additional $150 cleaning fee and a refundable (barring any damages) security deposit of $500 to be added. 50% of the rental amount (not including Florida taxes) is to be paid upon reserving the unit and this amount is non-refundable.  The remaining 50% plus all Florida taxes, the cleaning fee and the security deposit will be paid 45 days prior to taking occupancy of the unit.
