WE OFFER A DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN THAT COVERS UP TO $3000 IN ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO THE HOME. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THE DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN AND DEDUCT THE $49 FEE BUT WE WILL REQUIRE A $1000 DAMAGE DEPOSIT. IN THE EVENT DAMAGES EXCEED $1000 THE REMAINING FUNDS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE. IF NO DAMAGES ARE REPORTED THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU. CANCELLATION POLICY: FUNDS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE MINUS A $150 CANCELLATION FEE IF HOME IS REBOOKED FOR YOUR EXACT DATES!!

"We absolutely love Anna Maria Island. That being said , renting a property with direct beach access is A critical component to our overall experience. There are multiple gates to go through for beach access, which I assume are there for security and privacy reasons. The locks in the gates were worn to the point where they required us to reach through and manipulate the lock with the key from the opposite side every time we accessed the pool area. The other gate lock to beach access required us to fight the key in and out of it every time. That would be the only negative item that we experienced. Now for the good. It’s AMI !!!!! Sugary Sand Beaches. I had the entire pool to myself almost every day for 3 weeks! Walk through aforementioned gates and Voila! Beautiful Sunset "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Shellgame was great, little to no impact by red tide. Manatee County did a great job keeping the beach clean. Having the pool and spa provide the perfect outdoor activity when too hot at the beach. Condo was well equipped and enjoyed getting to know other residents and vacationing families."

Very nice, clean and spacious... and about 30 seconds to the pool or beach. Also, close proximity to Publix and central location to everything else on AMI. They will be back!"
