Perfect Sweet Spot on Pine
"Loved this darling hidden gem on Pine! The weather was less than perfect while we were there so to have the back deck with hot tub and a nice windbreak with all the trees was wonderful! The unit is stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose. Great large dining table was perfect for puzzles on the rainy days. We used the little beach buggy to move our stuff from the car to house so don’t be discouraged by comments about the unpaved (it’s Florida) walkway. Make sure to bring your Fire-stick if you want Netflix in the living room. Both bedrooms have Netflix already. Beds are pretty comfy and all of the linens in both the bedrooms and bathrooms are adorable! Funny how it’s sometimes the little things that take the experience over the top… Donuts are just a short walk and because you’re in the middle of Pine it’s easy to catch either the sunrise or sunset. Make sure to grab ice cream at the General Store and don’t miss our on the other yummy snacks in our he deli! Ryan at Beach Bums is our favorite. We stopped at his side yard daily while on our puppy walks for a puppy treat!"

Amazing Location - Close to everything!
"Great little house on the backside of a storage company, very private. Super clean house that is extremely well appointed and really LOVED the location. You are in the center of the "main" street of AMI. You can walk to the beach in about the same amount of time that you can walk to the pier. Loved being close to all the great restaurants on the island. Perfect for a couple or a small family. The only thing that we did not love are the beds but that is usually the case in most rental houses. Would highly recommend!"

Property is lovely, location great, beds...not so much.
"Great care was taken choosing stainless appliances and a farmhouse sink, but the sheets are like sandpaper and the mattresses left me in pain the entire trip. I had to go buy mattress topper for $70 and it really only put a dent in the problem. As primarily a place to sleep, I would have not gotten the hot tub and, rather spent money on the beds and linens. On a positive note, kitchen was stocked with things that let us actually cook and all rooms have smart tvs. Property was was lovely and the location was perfect. You can walk almost equidistant to the bay and the beach on each side very easily. Bathrooms were clean and nicely designed. Just make sure you bring your own toiletries. (Did have to go buy toilet paper). Overall, if they changed the mattresses, I'd definitely stay here again!!"

Sorry to hear you had an uncomfortable experience with sheets and one of the mattresses during your stay. You are the first guest to mention a problem to us. There should have been an extra set of bed linens for you if the existing sheets felt uncomfortable, and you could have left the mattress topper behind; and we would have had no problem reimbursing you for your expense.
Reviewing correspondences between you and Suzanne; we don’t see where you brought your issues to her attention. I am sure if you did, Suzanne would have addressed it immediately and taken care of your needs. We do thank you for mentioning the cleanliness of our Bungalow, because we take great pride in how the cleaning crew provides a clean environment for all guests.
As far as supplies included, we are sorry you missed the information, but as stated in your guest agreement; we do not supply toiletries for guests for the duration of their stay. We do supply a starter kit of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, small bath soaps, some dish soap and laundry detergent but the rest is up to the guest.

Great location in the heart of Anna Maria!
"Spent a week at this property at the end of July and really enjoyed our stay. Pine Avenue location is convenient to most shops, restaurants and the beach. The property is nice and comfortably fits four people. Only suggestion would be softer mattresses. They are much firmer and less comfortable than typical hotel style beds. This is a pet-friendly property but it is primarily shells with no grassy areas. Overall, we would definitely stay here again."

Great location!
"This is a wonderful property in a great location. It is well-stocked with all necessary items for inside & out. Construction on the home behind us & the restaurant next door began at 8:00am on weekdays but luckily we are early birds so this was not an issue. I would definitely stay here again!"

Nice Couples Retreat
"It truly is a hideaway as the entrance and deck are at the rear of the property. Conveniently located to shopping, beach, and places to eat. Check in was easy and the unit itself looks and feels almost new. We especially loved the hot tub and privacy on the deck. Sadly a new 2 story restaurant is being built right next door so the privacy likely soon will be gone"

"Having stayed here previously we knew what to expect.The unit is convenient for shops/restaurants and beaches on the north of lsland and very modern .The main issue for us on this visit was the cleanliness it seemed like someone had stayed in unit after cleaners had left..The hot tub/beach towels still smelled of the hot tub and these had clearly been used and just rolled up like new "
Great location, very clean
"We loved the location and privacy of this vacation rental. Right in the middle of Pine St, a very easy walk to stores, restaurants, the pier and the beach. We rode bikes for the week, and spent the week up nearer Bean Point beach, entrance on Seascape. Many less people. There is a hot tub which wasn’t listed but it was too hot to use. I wish the beds were a little more comfortable, the kitchen is excellent and a very good size living room area."
Our fantastic Stay at Pine View Hideaway
"On Arrival at the property we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was both inside and outside. Spotlessly clean and well equipped Only thing we could recommend is a foldable clothes dryer as we had to use the chairs outside but this is only a minor issue.
Our Contact with the property owner (Ellie) was great both before we got there and when we left.
Property was lovely and quiet as its off the main road. Excellent central location to get to both sides of the island especially the sand bar on one side and rod and reel on the other. Absolutely loved watching the dolphins and manatee whilst having breakfast at the rod and reel.
Overall we were very pleased with our property and would definately stay there again and would gladly recommend it.

"The house was beautiful! Everything was perfect and the location was amazing. We were walking distance to so many things! Bike rentals were a few doors down which made the rental process really easy. It was quiet and private yet there was so much around right outside our doorstep! Loved having the hot tub as well! The property managers were super easy to work with and very accommodating! I highly recommend this house and also this management company!! This was my 3rd visit to Anna Maria through Gulf Island Rentals and definitely won’t be my last!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay and being centrally located but yet Tucked away. It is kinda of a long walk to get all your stuff in the house because it’s around the back of a building but it was quite and had a lovely porch area. The kitchen was not as clean as I would have preferred but still would rent again."

Excellent stay at 413 Pine
"The apartment is well equipped and maintained, and Ellie responds promptly to any minor problems that we encounter. The location is perfect, convenient for the piers and beaches, and stores and restaurants, but at the same time very secluded. And being close to the Community Center, and all of its activities, is a huge bonus for us. This was our third stay in the apartment, and we will be back next year."
