Great first time to the Florida Keys!
"We had a great time, the house was great and the outdoor living space was awesome with the pool, tiki bar, and canal! We had manatees that came right up to the dock on several different occasions. Definitely enjoyed the heated pool since it got a little chilly a couple days we were there. Michelle was great and very easy to get ahold of if we needed anything."

"Overall everything was clean and a nice place to relax in a good location. Everything needed to cook, fish, and hang out was available. The only negative would be that we felt like the sheets, mattress pads, and towels could have been cleaner. Our bedroom sheets and comforter had what appeared to be dog hair on them and when we took them off to clean, the mattress pad was pretty dirty. We stripped all of the beds and cleaned everything. These were the only things that we felt weren't clean. Washing them wasn't a big deal, we just assumed they would be cleaner. The outside amenities were great and had everything you need if you bring a boat. When we arrived music was playing and fresh lemon water was waiting, which was very thoughtful and a nice addition. Again, everything was great, the sheets were the only issue. I didn't mention to Michelle, the property manager, because it was easy enough to clean them but I am sure if I did she would have taken care of it. One more thing, don't dare go in the neighbors driveway across the street. My teenage son was trying to park the boat trailer and was having a hard time and he went on her driveway with the truck, she came out waving her arms and screaming at us. Otherwise the other neighbors were very nice. Also, something to note, there is no grass on the property anywhere so if you are bringing a dog and they are stubborn like our dog, you will have to be patient to get them to "go" on the rocks or be willing to walk down to the church at the end of the street where I believe has the only grass in Marathon. Overall it was a good trip and the outside area in the back was great and really made it feel like a tropical vacation!!"

"This was the most awesome place we have ever stayed. The location was wonderful and the house had everything we could possibly need and more. The property manager was great we did have manatees outside in the canal pretty much every morning. We caught more fish out of the canal then we did when we went fishing out on a boat! Loved how easy it was to paddle out in the Kayaks and how all that was included. If you are a fishing and fun family would definitely recommend this house. When we come back to the keys we will rent this house again and again. Super close to key west and all other islands since right in the middle. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The only reason we rated a 4 for check in was because when we showed up to check in there were a bunch of workers sawing in the bathroom and replacing a pipe that was leaking. But other then that the lemon water was a nice touch since it was so hot. Will be back!!!"
