Wonderful time
"The house was very easy to find via GPS. Very clean. Plenty of towels and extra bed linens if needed. The pool table was a great past time as we all play already. The swimming pool was wonderful and we did use it often. Floaties were also available. Kitchen had everything we need it.to cook and serve with. The neighbors were great. Konstantin was always available for us and responded quickly."

"The canal side pool is great! Konstantin is quick to respond to any questions and the location is great for markets and access to main highways. Take a ride to Pine Island if you have an opportunity! Very cool little village!"

Enjoyed
"We really enjoyed our stay. We loved having the pool all to ourselves and available to us at all times. We enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the canal especially at night when the neighbors lights reflected onto it. We also enjoyed the pool table, the bikes, the sand toys and the grill. We wanted a place to stay at that provided us with a lot of activities because we didn't intend to go out a lot with the virus. This place delivered on that. We had teenagers and a young child, and there was enough activities to keep them all happy."

Amazing
"Our family is couple’s and 5 kids includes ten stayed in Kostantin’s house, it was amazing time . House will need up date soon but still it’s lot to offer along the pool and water channel and in a very quiet area, not far from shopping center . Booking a house can be very stressful We did appreciate in whole booking process a good communication about all question that we had .. House was very clean we had very nice week relaxing time . Definitely if have chance will book again Thanks Konstantin"

"Konstantin's place is beautiful. We loved having an enclosed pool to hop in and out of all day. Only 1 mile to a grocery store and Target. Everything was very clean and Konstantin was quick to check in with us. The only thing we didn't know ahead of time- due to our lack of knowledge of the area- is that it is a freshwater canal, not saltwater. Different for fishing. The pictures and description of the place are very accurate. We had a great week here!"

Complete vacation
"Lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from the grocery store, target, lowe's, liquor store & gas station--perfect, and a quick half hour from the Fort Myers airport. well maintained, very prompt responses to any questions i had and what a beautiful pool! the bikes and pool table are nice extras. sad to go, but hoping to get back next year for another most relaxing time away! many thanks, konstantin, and we hope to back again"

Outstanding hospitality
"The house is even better than the pictures. We were a group of six adults and one baby. There was everything you need and even more. Perfect kitchen and bbq, pool had the perfect size , billard table was awesome. Super clean beds and bathroom. We can highly recommend the house and will come back one day!"
