General Policies
Reservation/Damage Deposit is required at the time of booking. This fee is not applied to the rent, however it is fully refundable within 30 days of departure, provided rental provisions are met regarding damage, and other requirements (keys,linens,rubbish), listed in the rental rules.Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required sixty (60) days before arrival. The the balance of the rent is due twenty (20) days prior to your arrival date. The advanced payment is not a damage/reservation deposit.

Terms & Conditions
Fees and payment for reservations booked within sixty (60) days before arrival will be considered on an individual basis, and must be received in full twenty (20) days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
A 60 day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date forfeit damage reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
