- My family and I live in St. Petersburg, FL. Growing up in New Jersey, I enjoyed spending time at the 'Jersey Shore' with my friends and family. I believe this is one reason why I wanted to own a home near the beach. I'm an avid quilter, pickleball player and grandmother of two grandkids.

General Policies
Payment Policy:Deposit: 25% down payment required upon booking with signed rental agreement. Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in date.We accept the following forms of payment: Zelle, Venmo.Any fees we incur for processing a Venmo payment will be deducted from the security deposit.Travel Insurance:All guests are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. "Cancel For Any Reason and Master Cancel" policies allow travelers to simply change their mind or itinerary. These policies should provide you with the best type of coverage. House Rules
Guests must complete and return our rental agreement within 7 days of booking their reservation to finalize their stay.Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles and they must be parked in the driveway per city code.Primary renter needs to be at least 25 years old.Per the City of Anna Maria, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Terms & Conditions
A $300 refundable (barring any damage) security deposit and signed rental agreement are due when booking the property. Deposit: 25% down payment required upon booking. Final payment: Remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the date of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. No refund if canceled less than 30 days before arrival.
If a guest must cancel, we will try to re-rent the property for the dates the guest originally reserved. The amount if recouped by us will be given in payment to the original guest. It is up to the sole discretion of the owners to advertise last minute pricing strategy in order to re-rent the property. It is not guaranteed by the owners that the property will be re-rented. Refunds are subject to our ability to re-rent the house. There will be no refund if the owners are unable to re-rent the house.

"We loved our stay here. We selected this location to be just a few blocks from friends, and it was wonderful. We enjoyed having a nice large kitchen to prepare dinners and the pool at night to relax in after days at the beach. The spotty cell service is no joke, and having shade at the pool would’ve been a bonus, but we survived, and had a wonderful time!"

Great Location & Lots of Space
"We loved our time at Diamond Surf and AMI. The house is so spacious and the pool was perfect for our two kiddos. It was an easy walk to the beach, and Ramona supplied everything we needed to spend the day in the sand (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie board, etc). The house was also in easy proximity to most the restaurants we wanted to try, and had everything we could possibly need for when we wanted to cook. The property was very well taken care of and is even nicer than the pictures. Travelers tip: Instacart is available on AMI - we used this all week to deliver groceries, wine/beer, suncreen, etc. It was nice to not have to take time out of the day to run these kinds of errands. We also enjoyed having a golf cart for transportation (rented from Beach Bums). We would hands down stay at Diamond Surf again!"
