"This is like a home from home( with a view) The apartment has all the convenient features you would expect and is centrally located for walking to all of the attractions of Clearwater beach.
The apartment is secure and is well maintained with all modern furnishings and big enough for a family.
Excellent communication from the owner,from start to finish.
This apartment is simply perfect for a relaxing break while enjoying a cocktail on the balcony watching the dolphins swim past....

Harborview Grande Condo
"Originally booked the condo through Air BNB and was a little nervous about the process and if the experience would be one which I would regret, given that I live overseas with no knowledge of how it worked or the area. Once the process was complete, I could contact the owner directly. This is where it all began to become one of the best accommodation experiences I or my family have had. Karen contacted me almost immediately after the booking was confirmed. Any questions I had were addressed almost immediately and information about the condo, area and amenities were sent to me. All parking and access information was 100% accurate and easy to carry out. On arriving, we were delighted with the condo. The images on the website do not do it justice as it is better in reality! Spotless, spacious, packed with all equipment and amenities and a terrace view over the harbour you could look at for hours. Simply stunning! I would recommend this property and the owner to anyone. Hopefully, we can return again in the future. First class!!!

Undeniably a wonderfull vacation!!
"The condo was beautiful and comfortable, the weather was warm with sunny skies and we could not ask for a better vacation!! We enjoyed all the activities but really loved the segway tour and seeing the dolphins! I would highly recommend this condo if you want a central location but still close enough to the hotspots!!

Amazing view and wonderful overall experience
"We stayed here for our honeymoon and our experience was so great from start to finish. Karen was very responsive and gave us some incredible recommendations on where to eat around the area. Every interaction with her went so smoothly in making payments and asking questions before our stay. Her instructions for checking in were easy to follow. We are planning to go back to Clearwater multiple times in the future and are hoping this condo is available to rent during our future stays. Thank you so much for making this a great experience during such a special occasion for us!

Awesome experience at Clearwater Beach!!!!
"After an exhausting week in Orlando, we took a for days relaxing time in Clearwater Beach at Karen's apartment. The pictures you see in the web site do not reflect the quality and comfort of the apartment, which is very well equipped, clean and cozy....the apartment is at walking distance from the beach, many restaurants and has a terrific view to the bay....Karen is totally reachable if you have any problem with the apartment, which was not our case, since everything worked perfectly...strongly recommend the apartment and to spend some days at beautiful Clearwater Beach...

"This condo is everthing we hoped for and If we are able to come back to Florida, we will definitely stay here again. We had a mother/daughter get away and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is walking distance to everything we needed and we loved watching the Dolphins from the balcony. We appreciated on how equipped the condo was to include beach towels, chairs, coolers, and a beach umbrella. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Fantastic Stay! - April 2nd - April 9th, 2016
"My family and I rented this unit from Karen and I can't say enough about the outstanding experience.
The unit was everything she said it would be and then some. This unit had absolutely everything you would need. In fact, I seen three other units while we were there and Karen's was the nicest and had the most amenities.
The views from both the Master bedroom as well as the living room were superb. Watching the dolphins and manatees come into the bay to play daily, were a pleasure to see. The property was extremely secure, not that it needed to be, and walking distance to everything.
I would highly recommend renting this unit from Karen and we look forward to being a return customer!

second visit
"My wife and I just returned from our second wonderful visit to Karen's beautiful condo on Clearwater beach. Just as the first time everything was perfect very clean and everything you would ever need for your stay. As the last time we spent many hours on the beautiful deck watching dolphins play. We found a real nice public and free beach just over the bridge in sand key on the left where you can drive your car right on the beach and park close to the water. A must is to visit JD'S restaurant in indian rocks on Wednesdays for buck a burger night their a real half pound lean burger. Another great place to eat and watch the sun set is Jimmy's fish house right across the street. Thank you Karen and John for sharing your beautiful condo with us again.

Amazing views, perfect location, and fabulous accommodations!
"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the luxury waterfront condo in Clearwater beach Florida! The condo unit was better than expected with everything we needed and more. One of our favorite activities was just lounging on the deck while watching dolphin and manatee in the morning and at night after enjoying our day at the beach. The beach is just a short walk away and the location is perfect, right by the restrooms and not the overly crowded section. We were pleased to find great restaurants also in walking distance, as well as fun excursions. Karen, the owner, was so responsive checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and even providing tips on where to go and what to do. We loved this vacation and would highly recommend to anyone!

"The condo was an absolute great choice. Nice central location, very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was great and workable (lots of work area), the view form the balcony was wonderful both day and night. The only negative thing (don't like to use the word negative) were the spare bedrooms lack of a way to get them dark at night. The outside lights on the entrance walkway really lite up the room at night even with the blinds closes. Some sort of curtain or darkening shade would be a great improvement. I felt like I slept with a light on all night. I would most definitely come back and recommend this condo to our friends. Had a very relaxing vacation.

A perfect week!
"My family and I were looking forward to a relaxing vacation week at the end of a busy school year. Our first pleasant surprise was the reserved covered parking space inside a secure entrance to the building. We were so pleased when we entered the spacious condo and saw the beautiful decor and how clean everything was. I cannot say enough about the balcony, where we spent so much of our time. The views are gorgeous, the condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the beach was a short walk away. We loved every minute of our stay and much appreciated the detailed information with restaurant recommendations and suggested activities. We hope to return next year!

A relaxing vacation!
"My wife and I enjoyed being in a clean spacious condo. Our first night there, we were sitting out on the balcony and got to witness a spectacular firework show. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. The views were wonderful. I can't say much about how the kitchen was equipped. The condo is located so close(walking distance) to many good restaurants that we did not cook a single meal there. We enjoyed being there and hope to return in the future.
Things I would like to changed at and in the condo are: (1) A queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom(we had another couple stay with us and they say the bed was a little small and uncomfortable for two adults). (2) Ceiling fans on the Balcony for those warm summer mornings that you would like to sit there but it is just a little bit to hot.

Exceptional Condo
"This condo exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and the master bedroom/bathroom was amazing. The owners thought of everything you would need and supplied it. The kitchen had everything you would need and they also supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. Karen even called a couple of days after we arrived to ask if everything was ok. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Really great
"The condo was absolutely beautiful it had everything we needed including hair dryer and shampoo! The kids loved sitting on the balcony enjoying watching the boats go by as well as the dolphins swimming.The beds were very comfortable as was the couch in the living area. We used the kitchen quite a bit to cook breakfast and make the kids lunches to take to the beach. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils.The beach is gorgeous and just a few block walk from the condo. Overall everything was great. The owner Karen was extremely quick and responsive during setting up the stay. Definitely will be back next December!

2 Anniversary Get a ways .... 20th and 30th
"My wife & I and my brother and his wife were celebrating our anniversaries and wanted to go to Clearwater Beach. Our first impression of Karen's condo was that the pictures do not do it justice, it was just beautiful. Everything you could possibly need or want was there. The location is great, everything within walking distance. I am a big guy and we stayed in the 2nd bedroom and it was a little tight sleeping in the bed; I would love to see a king size bed in that room too. (This would by no means deter me from coming back!)
Dealing with Karen was a breath of fresh air. She made the rental process not only simple, but pleasurable. She was extremely attentive to our needs and was very responsive. Although it was unseasonably cold during our week, because of her condo, we were still able to enjoy all that Clearwater Beach and the surrounding area had to offer.
We had an amazing meal at the Salt Rock Grille in St. Pete and a wonderful Sunday brunch at the Island Way Grill. We enjoyed visiting Winter at the aquarium and took a road trip to the Sand Castle Competition at Sonesta Key Beach which was amazing. We can't recommend Karen's condo any higher and look forward to going back again in the near future!

Right out of a magazine
"When my wife and I opened the door for the first time we could not believe how beautiful the condo was even more so then the photos. It was very clean and had everything you would ever need for your stay pots, pans,beach chairs, coolers, and even a very nice all rigged fishing rod. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the dolphins at play and the boats coming and going. If your a fisher person we highly recommend the queen fleet at the Clearwater beach marina. They have half and all day trips and the fishing is usually very good. Our favorite place to eat was right across the street at Jimmy's the Cuban sandwiches are out of this world. Karen was so easy to deal with and could be reached for any question at any time. Thank you Karen for letting us rent your beautiful condo and looking forward to doing it again next year.

Wonderful stay & views!!
"Great stay! Condo was beautiful, great views from the balcony.. was very impressed! It was clean & well kept with everything we needed..ex; chairs, coolers, balls & footballs, beach blanket.. kitchen was fully stocked as we ate in about half of our stay so we had all the pots & pans we needed & it was wonderful having a dishwasher! We used on demand taxi service to get around most of the time & would highly recommend them, we were regulars by the end of the week.
The pier is beautiful, the putt putt course in walking distance is a very nice course & food at the restaurant at the hotel across the way is very good! The pool at the condo even though on the smaller side, which we knew before we came down was very nice & secluded, very relaxing. Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful property :)

Perfect Family Vacation!
"Our family had a great time at Harborview. The space was great, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Beautiful views from the balcony, we saw Dolphins in the Harbor nearly every night. Easy walks to the beach every morning, and a short distance to restaurants and fun boat rides and day trips.

Would not stay anywhere else!!!
"This review is long overdue!! My husband and I decided for our 10th anniversary that we would go on vacation it was to be a one time thing!!! That was four and half years ago we went to Clearwater beach and fell in love with Clearwater and Karens condo!! The pictures are beautiful but once you walk into the condo it takes your breath away, its spacious and spotless. I never missed a sunrise in all these years. I love watching the dolphins they come in 7 to 9 am. they do come in through out the day but they love to play in the morning!!! Karen makes the experience stress free from the minute you book your vacation till you leave. Everything you need is there, everything is in walking distance. Never had a problem with anything in the last 4 and half years and were hoping for a fifth. I love Clearwater but Karen makes the experience so stress free that's why we keep going back!! Thanks again Karen for making every year a year to remember!!!!!!!

Great Vacation condo
"Perfect place to stay on Clearwater Beach! Gorgeous view overlooking the bay from the Living Room, MBR, or roomy balcony. Watch the sun rise from the balcony in the morning, and then walk across the street for cocktails and dance bands as the sun sets. Tons of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Go on dolphin tours and deep sea fishing trips, bike into Clearwater or to visit Winter the Dolphin at the marine aquarium. There is always something to do on Clearwater Beach!
The condo itself is attractively furnished and very modern, bright, and airy. It is stocked with everything you need, including for the beach, and has a well-appointed kitchen. Karen is a great hostess and is very conscientious. We are headed back for our third year there and look forward to still another wonderful experience. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this lovely condo.

Fabulous Condo in Clearwater Beach
"We just got back from our FL trip. We had so much fun and the condo was fabulous! It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Plenty of room and a great view of the harbor. We watched the Dolphins every morning. Pretty much everything is with in walking distance. We are already planning our trip for next year!!!!!

Wonderful location
"We stayed at Harborview from June 18-25 2011 We were there to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The condo is spacious and located in an ideal location. Most people will be able to walk to the beach, pier 60, shops and restaurants. My parents found it more difficult to walk in the heat so did a bit more driving. The beach is like 2 to 3 blocks from the condo...others are just a little further. The condo was more than enough room for my group of 6. There are 3 bedrooms, and the living room set up...seated us all. I love that you have a wonderful view of the bay in the back and some ocean view from the front. The assigned parking was wonderful. The pool is small...but we found it to be mostly deserted first thing in the morning or late in the evening. There are so many more things to do also. I would recommend eating at Post's for pizza, Shepards for all you can eat crab legs, the little restaurant next to shepards...in hotel was really good too...try the Cuban sandwich there...very good. Karen has beach chairs, towels, cooler and plenty of bedding. We loved the big bathroom...with 3 girls getting ready. Tim loved the big shower. The big closet held our things we wanted out of the way. The home is very clean and the beds were better than any place we have stayed...the only slight negative I can even say was there weren't any paper products to start us like toilet paper or paper towels so those had to be purchased quickly. We visited Seaworld and Universal Studios while we were there...most places say 90 mins...but we ended up with 2 hrs door to door with traffic. Karen has nice seating on balcony to enjoy the bay. We actually saw dolphins play. I love the view at nite with the lights. Even though it was very hot while we were there..95-105 we stayed nice and cool in condo. With the AC and fans was perfect. Frig has a filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher and cooking utensils and pots,coffee maker...etc. Condo is coded and gated..we liked that. Its easy to get around in Clearwater..couple traffic circles..We ate several meals on route 60..just about anything you can think of is there and its only 5 or 10 min drive...Tampa is a little busier. We had a easy time dealing with Karen and really appreciate her sharing her home with us. Her good rental price and professional manner were an added bonus. Thank you Karen again for allowing us to visit. I have wonderful memories there and that balcony is one I will cherish.

"The unit was just what we had expected. It was comfortable and inviting. We liked the openess of the kitchen and living area. The sunrises were beautiful. We liked Guppy's restaurant which is located in Indian Rocks. Shephards was good for a buffet and the tiki bar was nice for relaxing in the evening. Post restaurant was good for pizza.

"The Harborview Grande condo is beautiful (clean, well-kept and well-managed). It's in a fantastic location in Clearwater Beach (close to Salty's and Frenchies Iguana Bar and Frenchies on the Edge and the Bait House Tavern) and extremely close to Clearwater Beach. And the balcony gives front row views to pelicans and dolphins."

"The property is beautiful ! We never even turned on a tv! Spent morning and night on the balcony! We took an Uber from the airport and enjoyed walking everywhere. So many choices in restaurants We rented a cabana daily for $40 and felt it was worth it. Karen was very attentive and gave great recommendations prior to our arrival. Next time I think I would order groceries via publix and have them delivered our first day. We just ate breakfast in the condo and snacked at the beach and went to dinner nightly. Sunsets are amazing ! I drank coffee and watched the sunrise every morning. Loved taking a long walk every morning on the beach. It was a wonderful family trip that we hope to do again next year!"
