Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation in accordance with the plan description of coverage. (At our discretion, we may allow guests to use funds paid to date on a new reservation for a stay completed up to one year from cancellation on a case by case basis.) Awesome & Charming Cottage
"This house was in a great location. Walking distance to Dunedin and the Pinellas trail. It was on a very quiet street and we loved the backyard. We had a great vacation and would love to stay again in this home. It was so clean and loved the back deck and front porch. It was so nice to have use of the bikes. My husband and I would ride every morning on the Pinellas trail. It was such a much needed relaxing home to stay for 2 1/2 weeks."

Great cottage close to everything! Perfect for the two of us!!
"The cottage was very nice and clean and updated. We came to help my brother celebrate a big birthday and did not want to burden them with our company for 10 days, so we were glad to find this little cottage close to Palm Harbor where my brother lives. We also did some exploring the cute little shops in Dunedin and visited the beaches and did some boating and fishing on my brothers boat. We also visited family in Punta Gorda, Florida and also St. Petersburg, Florida. So the time flew by quickly, and we were very Happy to return to our cute cottage and relax and sleep!! The location was perfect for us!! The cottage decor was so cute!!"
Perfect For a Couple
"Perfect For a Couple We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The cottage appeaered to have been recently remodelled. Furnishings were new and comfortable. King-sized bed in main bedroom was excellent. Kitchen appliances were new, spotless, and worked perfectly. The large yard and back deck with dining table and chairs was a special treat. Bathroom is small, but new and bright and walk-in shower wonderful. The residential neighborhood was quiet even by our Vermont country standards. Owner has landscaped the property beautifully. Welcoming surprises included artistically folded towels on beds, reading glasses by the library, and the best library ever encountered in a vacation property. The new bicycles were in great condition and having laundry room in a separate cottage was a plus. Would stay here again and recommend. Brian, from Florida Sun Vacation Rentals, was a pleasure to deal with."

"This house was beautiful, very clean, and plenty of space! The location of this house was convenient for easy access downtown, as well as easy access to the bike trail. The house had bikes, a great outdoor patio, a beautiful fenced in yard, and a washer and dryer. I had a great stay, can't wait to visit again!"
