"This was probably one of the best vacations our family has had in quite a while. The accommodations were just great and the proximity to John's Pass was absolutely wonderful. There was so much to do and only a short walk across the street to a beautiful beach area that was not crowded. If you need drinks, a deli is nearby with ice available. The kitchen had so much to offer that we decided to cook our catch from fishing in back of the Yacht Club-fishing poles were in the condo. Plenty of redfish and down the road is Nockners Seafood which we purchased Cedar Key clams and had a really good dinner. The barbeques on the pool deck were also nice to have, if you wanted to cook outside. You can relax when you are enjoying the scenery and best restaurants were Caddy's down by John's Pass, the Conch Republic, and coffee bar nearby within walking distance with quiches and muffins. If you are out for an adventure, try Exploration Cruise at John's Pass. We will be back soon! Thanks for the excellent hospitality and you have just about everything needed for a great trip."

Exceptional condo

"We had a fantastic time in Indian Shores. The condo was extremely clean with updated furniture, kitchen and beach amenities. The complex and pool area were extremely well-kept. The short walk across the street to the beach was very easy with the backpack type beach chairs with built-in coolers. We will definitely come back for future stays."

Wish we could have stayed longer!

"Very nice 2-bedroom, 2-full bath, condo in Indian Shores. Within walking distance of some very nice restaurants, a unique cubby of a coffee and danish shop, a pizza/calzone restaurant just up the street, and a quick walk across the street to a long,sandy beach on the Gulf. Clearwater, St Pete and Tampa are just a short drive away. And to relax, you can also simply walk downstairs to a heated pool, hot tub and sauna. We've booked already for next January!"

Lovely condo close to the beach

"We loved our stay in this condo at Bay Shore Yacht and Tennis Club! The condo was nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you could need. The balcony was awesome and a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. Cool watching the dolphins. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - pool never got too crowded, and the grills were nice to have. Very easy walk to the beach and also to restaurants and shops. My husband and kids fished off the docks and had a great time. Would love to come back!"

Great Condo in a great Location

"The photos and title does not lie. This condo is completely renovated and Modern. The two bedroom unit is finished with upscale materials and colors. The Kitchen was well stocked with cookware serving ware and appliances. We appreciated the addition of hand soap and startup paper towels and Tissue in the bathrooms too. I appreciated that the bedrooms and living rooms had plenty of USB power strips for charging devices. The addition of usable beach equipment was nice too. Wish I had known ahead of time what might be available and I would not have packed so much of my own stuff. There are a few beach chairs, umbrella, a couple of coolers, some fishing gear and towels as well. I realize these items aren't guaranteed but that was available during our stay. The Tv's were relatively new and adequate and easy to use. The Overall Property was clean and well kept the pool area was nice and clean and the Gas grills were convenient The walk to the beach was short which was nice and the proximity to dining and groceries good. I would definitely stay here again it felt like home away from home."

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay

"This was our 2nd time staying at this place, and just so happened to pick the same exact room as we did 3 years ago for the same exact dates. We'd had the best experience through these guys! We'd highly recommend booking through them. Always on top of answering any questions or concerns. You get a personal number and email to reach someone at anytime, and they make sure you have all the info. You need for your stay on time or before you actually need it to make sure you feel stress free and relaxed to enjoy your stay with them. Our personal preference of room is 207. They have multiple accommodations to use for fun on the beach or fishing out back in the canal, and the beds are SUPER COMFY! Plus, everything you need to make home cooked meals. We definitely plan on booking through them again! Jamie & Mitch"

Always awesome!

"Booked through Florida Sun Vacation Rentals 3 years ago and booked through them again this vacation. Never had a problem, fast response time, always someone to contact if need be, and the information we needed for our stay has always been sent to us the day of our first day stay with no miscommunications. The place we’ve chosen to stay at the last couple of times has the most comfortable beds and everything we need besides our food. We love that this place is just a little ways away from downtown. Makes it a little more quiet, but still close enough to some shops, restaurants, and/or gas stations with the beach right across the road. Would definitely book again through Florida Sun Vacation Rentals."

Relaxing View

"Beautiful property with a relaxing view. We enjoyed the location of the property because it was set back from the main road but just across the street from the beach. Nice pool- just wish the hot tub was working while we were there. It was fixed the last day. Convenient to shopping and restaurants."

Amazing find

"Booked this gem with a buddy from work to act as a spring training base of operations. Did not expect to find something some homely. Great location on Indian Shores with the beach across the street, Nice pool (and grills!) on property overlooking the inter-coastal and plenty to eat and do within a short walk. Well stocked, comfortable unit for those days where the weather doesn't cooperate and perfect location for when it does. Will be back sometime!"

We had a great time

First class experience

"After staying in different places for years, I'm really pleasantly surprised with what the owners provided in this beautiful unit. The upgrades in the condo are plentiful - fully upgraded kitchen/appliances, beautiful furniture and renovations in the bathrooms, and an excellent TV package w sports channels and DVR. I really needed to get some work done (partial vacation) and the wifi was faster than any I've ever experienced before. Access to the beach was easy and the view of the inlet (despite those pesky mangrove trees) was so calming. This place has obviously been upgraded and staged with Zen in mind. I'm a big fan."

First class all the way

"These people are doing a lot right. This condo is newly redone and it shows. I love the upgrades throughout including the kitchen and bathrooms. Their furniture is comfortable. The view is of the inlet with some obstruction by Mangrove trees but it's actually really amazing. Beach is right across the street and the kids and I just had a great time. Parking is on site and the tennis courts were a lot of fun. The pool was just renovated as well and the HOA must have fixed whatever damage that Irma caused. My only suggestion is to add an extra chair or two on the patio but the table with four chairs is enough for a small family. We don't watch much TV but my son really enjoyed the sports package and DVR. Netflix was easy to stream thanks to the super fast speed of the wifi too. Yeah I'm definitely coming back to this place."

"11/10 recommend this for a little get away. Perfect location. Just a block away from the beach and it’s away from all the spring breakers so the beach wasn’t super busy. The living room was perfect for watching movies/tv late at night. The dining room seats 6 and is beautiful for dinners. Will definitely start booking this place for any vacations in Florida."

"Brian has a great condo. My family and I had a great time in Indian Shores, it is steps away from a fabulous beach and it is a great town. We also enjoyed very much the amenities ( Pool, hot tub, grill) as well as all of the beach equipment ( cooler, chairs, tent, football, Frisbee, etc.) that he has included. The next time we visit St. Pete for sure we will come back to Brian´s condo."

"Brian's place was the perfect for our visitBrian was a very accommodating host who quickly responded to all of our questions, his place was perfect for our visit. The large, comfortable dining area made good work stations for both myself and my boyfriend. The wi-fi signal was strong enough to support both of us video conferencing at the same time in addition to large file uploads and downloads with no lag time, all while streaming music. Working with a view of the mangroves and sunshine made work seem much less like work. In the evening the space was great for dinner and movies with family and friends. Sofa's in living room were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware and was a pleasant area for food prep with an open floor plan and plenty of counter space. Kingsize bed in master made getting a goods nights sleep easy with plenty of drawer space in large dresser and night stands. We also enjoyed the building amenities, very nice grilling area and cabana poolside, great view of intercoastal, sauna, tennis courts and walking distance to beach and sunsets. We plan on returning soon."

"Perfect beach getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. The air-con made it bearable during the hottest part of the day and the beach is right across the street. Indian shores beach is family friendly with soft white sand and warm water with small waves. The apartment had spare beach towels, beach shelters and chairs, as well as a small cool box meaning we could head to the beach for a whole day. The onsite pool, was warm clean and was partially in shade in the afternoons. We simply couldn't fault our stay."
