SUNRISE ON LAKE TARPON is a destination in itself, located on Lake Tarpon, Pinellas County's largest lake. It is renowned for its trophy-sized large mouth bass on occasion producing up to ten-pound bass! Put your boat in at John Chesnut or Anderson Park or rent lakeside at Freedom Boat Rentals and dine at the dockable Tarpon Turtle restaurant. Located just minutes from Innisbrook Golf and Country Club, home of the Valspar Open Professional Golf Tournament. There are endless possibilities from this lake side sanctuary.

The ROMANTIC MASTER RETREAT accesses the screened balcony overlooking the sparkling pool, landscaped grounds and has sweeping views of the lake. It has a king sized bed and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is a large walk in closet and wood dressers for storing your personal belongings. The large private MASTER BATHROOM comes equipped with granite counter tops and a humongous tiled walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

The SECOND BEDROOM also has sweeping views of the lake for catching spectacular sunrises and access to the screened balcony. It has a comfortable queen bed with bedside seating choices for your relaxation while viewing the flat screen TV. This room also has a double futon.

The UPSTAIRS WEST BEDROOM has a queen bed, large closet, and HD TV.

The GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM has a queen bed, large closet, and HD TV.

The SHARED UPSTAIRS BATHROOM has a shower and tub and is tastefully decorated.

The fully equipped KITCHEN is stocked with all the necessitates for making fantastic meals and drinks. There is also a WET BAR and FRIDGE for storing and making your favorite concoctions.

The huge DINING ROOM is beside the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The room has a hutch and playful artwork.

The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, Flat Screen HDTV, and a electronic fireplace with multiple lighting choices.

The MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM is conveniently located just off the GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM and has contemporary decorations and tiled shower.

The Washer and Dryer are just off the kitchen. Ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels and pool toys are provided.

Special Note: This property has a maximum guest count including children of 8 at any time on the property. On a case by case basis we will consider up to ten with a surcharge. Loud music and noise, parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Special Note: Pool is heated (subject to #24 of the home rules published on this site, our website, and in your rental agreement) throughout the year in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate during winter depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 18 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay. UPPER PORTION OF POOL DOES NOT FUNCTION AS A HOT TUB. Contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Parking: There is outside parking that will accommodate up to 4 cars.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation in accordance with the plan description of coverage. (At our discretion, we may allow guests to use funds paid to date on a new reservation for a stay completed up to one year from cancellation on a case by case basis.) Awesome Vacation at Christmas Time

"Lovely home decorated to the nines for Christmas. Pleasantly surprised by the owners thoughtfulness. We had a great time and were able to use the pool and visited the nearby Honeymoon Island beach. Will be back. Highly Recommend"

Wonderful lake front home & great service!

"This house was perfect for our family getaway during a time that proved hard to get away and have some fun. Great Florida Rental

"The house was great. This was a very family-friendly home. The pool and the place around is perfect for kids, and they had a closet full of pool toys. Kitchen had plenty of the basics, and the house was big enough to spread out and enjoy. Plenty of great restaurants, and close to grocery stores. We also made the drive to Clearwater beach several days throughout the week. We would definitely visit again!"

"Our experience was amazing. The views were spectacular, the neighborhood was quiet, the house was well equipped for a family. It definitely looked just as advertised. The check in and out process was seamless, and we had no problems whatsoever. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star was because we had to do some cleaning when we arrived, and the patio cushions looked liked they hadn't been washed in awhile, so we avoided those. The shade didn't work in the master bedroom, so we were unable to view the amazing views from our bedroom. However, overall, awesome house, tons of privacy, the perfect getaway."

Fantastic Getaway

"My family and I had a great vacation to the home on Lake Tarpon. The house was spacious, clean, and everything we needed was available (including a grocery store less than 5 minutes away). There is truth in the phrase, "the healing power of water." The lake is beautiful, the pool was a hit with the kids, and the beach/ocean was a 10-15 minute drive.. refreshed and quality time spent with the family. Fantastic getaway!"

Perfect for bachelorette weekend

"Stayed here with a group of 7 women for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time. There was tons of space for sleeping (we doubled up in beds) and the living room was really spacious. The view of the lake can't be beat (try it at sunrise!), and we enjoyed hanging around in the pool and hot tub at night. Everything in the house was high quality and well-kept. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions were only a short drive away, and we were able to Uber to many places as well. Would definitely book again!"

"This property is absolutely FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!! It is like being at a mini resort. Beautiful modern home, plenty of room , heated pool and hot tub, breathtaking view and all the amenities needed to move right in and enjoy. The day starts with the most amazing view from the bedrooms of the sunrise over Lake Tarpon and coffee by the pool overlooking the lake. Many attractions close by. We enjoyed Spring training games in Clearwater and Dunedin. Innisbrook Golf Resort is less than a mile from this property. We were fortunate to be in the area for the Valspar Golf Championship. Tickets were affordable and the course was magnificent. Clearwater Beach is just a short drive. The Greek community of Tarpon Springs offers the Sponge Capital of the world and amazing Greek restaurants and shopping. However, 90% of our time, we spent at this beautiful resort enjoying the pool, hot tub, lake, grilling and just relaxing. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy time together. You absolutely cannot beat the comfortable, accommodations. Do not hesitate to book immediately. We will return in March!!!!!!"
