Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation in accordance with the plan description of coverage. (At our discretion, we may allow guests to use funds paid to date on a new reservation for a stay completed up to one year from cancellation on a case by case basis.) Wonderful Property
"We had a great time staying at this property. It was a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. It was central to a lot of the activities we had planned and had good shopping and some great restaurants nearby. The only sad part is we picked the coldest Christmas to come so got to use the pool and patio sparingly which was sad because it was a nice area. When we had a question and contacted the host we were answered promptly. This is a nice place to bring a family !"

PINE WARBLER HOME WAS AN AMAZING ESCAPE!
"We had a wonderful stay at this location!! We only had 2 issues that we found but the house layout made up for that! The Cable /internet company had to come & resolve a problem (This wasn't the owner/managers fault. Seems the neighboorhood was having spotty issues too). The only other issue was the kitchen needed some organization (an easy fix when time permits) but the appliances were in great working condition. All other items listed in the property description were exactly as we found them ... the property description is very accurate! We even met the property manager when he came by to check on the pool & the cable company issue. The pool was perfect & so clean and we enjoyed our time there when at the house. The location is perfect as you can head North to Tarpon Springs to eat some amazing Greek food or head to Clearwater Beach for beautiful sandy beaches and some great food choices. I would book here again if in the area!"
