Perfect venue for large family gathering
"The Reunion House is a very large rental home that provided wonderful accommodations for our four families that totaled 8 adults and 11 children. Adequate and comfortable sleeping rooms, spacious dining area, large game room, double laundry facilities, two living room areas, TV's everywhere, hot tub, outdoor propane fire place, double gas grills, private pool, plentiful balconies and close proximity to the beach......are only part of the outstanding amenities. This property was very clean and well maintained with staff that was readily available if any issues arose. We especially enjoyed the easy walk or bicycle ride to the numerous local attractions of 30A . "
Relaxing family reunion at the Reunion House!
"The Reunion House was a perfect fit for our family of 16, 11 adults and 5 children under the age of 5. The communal kitchen/dining/sitting area was spacious enough for us to eat, play games, and just hang out together.
My 93-year-old mother loved watching her family (especially the great-grandchildren) play in the heated pool while she sat on the shaded balcony off of the kitchen. The lower level was a "playground" for all ages! When it rained, we played the arcade games or went outside and soaked in the covered hot tub. When nice outside, the beautiful beach or town were within a 5 minute walk.
We had to call the VRBO manager about a TV and she promptly came over to fix it and also gave us more towels to use. The house was clean, furniture comfortable, plenty of storage (closets,pantry) and even had several refrigerators! The layout of the house was unique in that the bedrooms/bathrooms were on many levels. That was to our advantage - it cut down on noise. (Crying babies!) We were prepared for the strong guys in our group to carry my mother in her wheelchair up/down the staircase.
Our family traveled from 5 states to spend 1 week together for a wedding and make more special memories. It was indeed, a wonderful reuniting of 4 generations in the lovely VRBO "Reunion House". Our family thought that this property lives up to its name! We'd all highly recommend it!

Great Group House
"This is the second year our group of 20+ people have rented a home from these owners, first year in this house. This house is absolutely amazing, a ton of space, great location, and access to a beautiful private beach!
This year we had 21 people participate on our vacation, and the home was spacious enough for everyone to visit together as a group, yet private enough where everyone felt they had their own space to get away. The beach we had access to was a minute's walk from the house, gave us beautiful scenery and a load of fun. The home is in a gated community, so we felt very safe and had no worries. The home is also very close to other attractions, like shopping, down town Panama City, and some fabulous restaurants.
On top of a great residence and location to vacation at, the owners were an absolute pleasure to work with! Very friendly, quick to respond with any question or need, and so easy to work with. Our group goes on vacation every year and we will specifically seek out these owners and their rental properties now that we've found them!

"What a great house with all the amenities you can ask for. We spent the week in the rain and thank gosh for the arcade room, pool, and spa. The owners were great throughout the whole process and responsive within minutes. The house was great and in a perfect location on 30A. There is a ton of room to have separation of need be or to gather together. We loved it. Please stop booking so we can book again ;)"
Excellent for a Family Reunion!
"My family had such a great time at the Reunion House! This place was perfect for our family that included ages from 2 to 79 and everything in between. All the middle school and older elementary kids loved sleeping on air mattresses in the game room. The owners are so responsive. The family has already voted to return for our next reunion in 2 years!"

5 star vacation home rental with resort style amenities!
"We had a total of three families with us this year - I say this year because this is our second year in a row at the Reunion House for our Mardi Gras break. Just when you think a place can't get any better, they add on to the heated pool, we had bikes waiting for us, and beach chairs. This place literally takes all of the guess work out of a vacation with children. The location is perfect - bars, restaurants, shops all within biking or walking distance from the gated community. Between the fully stocked FREE arcade and the heated pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, and outdoor fire feature, the kids played with friends and had a wonderful time. The house accommodates a large group to hang out or when you need a break there are balconies with chairs, or you go to your room to nap. The rooms are very comfortable and are separated from the rest of the living space for some peace and quiet. The beach is a short, pretty stroll from the house and to have beach chairs waiting for us was fantastic as the adults sipped beverages and the kids played ALL day at the beach. We love the house and have made many wonderful memories here. We look forward to coming back and seeing friends and family reaction to the home away from home with everything!"
2012 Reunion
"We had the most wonderful time n the Reunion House. Family came from Birmingham, Seattle, Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte and Ft. Walton, and the time we spent together there will remain a perfect memory. The house is beautiful, and the kids loved the arcade room, pool, etc. We slept comfortably, although not enough... too much going on. The grocery service was fantastic, and I encourage you to take advantage of that. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for games, and just being together. The house was furnished just right. We would love to come back next year! Thanks so much."

"Amazing home with everything we could have wished for. Forty family members stayed in the home... comfortably!!! Having everyone under one roof allowed parents to stay up playing games and visiting. Beach is a short walk away and although we were initially concerned with the size of the pool... it was great for our group. We're already planning our return trip to the Reunion Home!"
Great Home with Plenty of Space
"We actually stayed her from January 15-22, 2012, but I am just now getting around to posting my review of the Reunion House. I am so grateful to Rhonda for opening her beautiful home to us. It had more than ample amount of room for every one (three little girls, six adults, and six teenagers) and there was plenty to do. The beach was so conveniently located right by the house and we made great use of the pool. We especially enjoyed cooking large meals in the huge kitchen. The entire home was tastefully decorated (simple and elegant) and we could not think of anything more that would have made the trip better.
I brought several teenagers here who were studying in America and had never been to Florida before. Some of our kids recorded their stay in the guest book thinking it was more of a reflective journal. We had kids from Korea, China, Brazil, and Thailand with us and they all wanted to say something in their own language. Most of them had never stayed in such a large and beautiful home as this and hoped to one day bring their families back to visit. We took plenty of pictures, played lots of games, and made many lasting memories.
Thanks again to Rhonda and her husband! We hope to be back again soon. "
