'Happily Ever After' villa is located right in the middle of it all just over 2 mi (5 -10 min) drive from the Disney Maingate--YOU CAN'T GET ANY CLOSER TO DISNEY THAN THIS!!!! Disney's Main Gate West (yes, this is the side of Disney property where all the theme parks are located)!!! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 3 min off of US Highway 192, the villa is within a mile of dozens of restaurants, souvenir shops, and groceries. Super- Wal-Mart is 1 mile! Target and Publix about 15 minutes. Universal Studios or Sea World--20 to 25 min; LegoLand--45 min, NASA's Space Center--45 min, Cocoa, Daytona, or Ormond Beaches--1 hr 15 min. Dozens of great golf courses in the area.

House Rules

NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED, EVER WITHIN THE HOME. The owners have severe allergies and asthma and cannot tolerate smoking of any kind inside. Smoking is permitted outside the home, with doors and windows closed, and cigarette butts properly disposed in garbage receptacles.

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED, EVER, AT OUR HOME. This includes so-called hairless and hypo-allergenic pets, and even service pets may not be permitted. The owners have severe allergies and asthma and cannot tolerate pets of any kind.

No more than the stated limit of 22 guests at the property. No hosting of events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 90 days in advance of reservation will be refunded in full, so long as the owners are able to re-book the home at full price for the same dates. If owners are unable to re-book the same dates at full price, a $500 cancellation fee will be withheld.

Cancellations received less than 90 days before reservation will lose all funds paid.

Magical Vacation for Kids & Adults

"We stayed with 16 family members - everyone had a fun room and very comfy bed. It was an amazing stay. My boys are 2 and 5 and they played with all the Disney toys and costumes ALL week long. Anything we needed help with, the owner was very quick to respond and help us. The pool is AMAZING. Every Disney movie imaginable is available in the theater, fun Disney waffle makers, Disney towels, just all around magical!"

It was a very nice place to stay as it was close to Disney World.

"We found the house great to stay at. Lots of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and media room. Close to everywhere we wanted to go to. Whenever we emailed JanaLynne she got back to us promptly. Would stay there again if we ever go there again."

A Rare Gem!

"Perfect home for extended family gatherings. There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to spread out and have our own space. The entire home is immaculate, well maintained and decorated with an attention to detail that's just not found in other vacation rentals. JanaLynn made us feel like family, and we can't wait to return!"

Fun house for the young & young at heart

"We are a family of 15.. 10 adults and 5 children ages 10 months to 9 years. The house was very nice for everyone. The children loved all the toys and costumes (there is an abundance of these in all shapes and sizes) I appreciated the safety gate around the pool and all the amenities, especially the 2 coffee pots so that I could make a quick k cup while I waited for the regular pot to brew "

"The house is so fun! It is also extremely clean. Each child had their own special room. My niece's favorite Disney Princess is Rapunzel, so she was ecstatic about her room. My eldest grandson is a big Harry Potter fan and loved the Harry Potter room. My youngest grandson loved the Pirate room. They all loved the Star Wars theater and sent a lot of time in there. The entire house is decorated so cool. Absolutely LOVED it!! The kitchen is stocked with tons of plates, cups, dishes, pots, pans, etc. You do need to bring your own baggies, aluminum foil, etc. The cabinets are so stocked, they don't have room for that. There is a small shelving unit by the table to store your food and other items. Be sure to bring your own bath scrubbers, because they don't have wash cloths. They do have plenty of other towels, including beach towels. Oh, and it was mid-week, when we realized there were hampers by the washer & dryer. Also, AFTER, we bought rain ponchos, we discovered a basket full of them under the bench by the front door. LOL Tons of dress-up clothes. We didn't have much time to play with them. There doesn't seem to be children sizes of Harry Potter robes, however. Another tidbit of info has to do with the parking at Animal Kingdom. When getting on the tram, do NOT head towards the red pole. They move it, as traffic comes in, and you will be moved to the back of the line, over and over. Head to the yellow pole. When they move it, you move with it and you will be on the next tram. Lesson learned. LOL As for the owners; I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Our vacation did not go as planned. We arrived late on Saturday and, while at Magic Kingdom on Tuesday, we got a call that my husband's mother had a stroke and was doing very badly. A few hours later, she passed away. My husband and his sister had to fly home to be with their father to make arrangements. My brother-in-law, myself, and my daughter's family stayed behind, so the children could still have their special trip (as their grandmother would have wanted). The next day, I let JanaLynn know what was going on and that the rest of us would probably be leaving early. She was so kind. She sent a wonderful email message. When we got back, that evening, there was a vase of flowers and a very beautiful card. Thank you, JanaLynn, for being so kind and making our grandchildren's dreams come true, even through such a sad time."
