Terms & Conditions
Once a booking request is submitted and accepted, you will be emailed our rental agreement to sign and return (within 10 days) along with initial 50% deposit (checks only) and photo ID (required) for ALL occupants to secure booking. Balance of 50% payment required 90 days prior to arrival date (including $500 refundable damage deposit). Damage deposit is refunded within 10 days post your stay if ALL obligations of the rental agreement have been met.Access to property, rules and general area information will be emailed one week before arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
FULL REFUND ONLY IF CANCELLED PRIOR TO (90) DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.

"Very comfortable, well equipped and clean first floor condo. A very easy walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets. The pool area was well kept and the other tenants and owners were friendly and welcoming. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping areas. The owners are a pleasure to work with. "Very comfortable, spacious, clean and very accommodating. We were very pleased with this first floor unit. Other tenants and owners in the building are very welcoming. The outdoor heated pool area was very quiet and well appointed. We had great weather and the white sand beach is a 4 minute walk."

Christine & Tim were very responsive to a plumbing issue & a quick fix was achieved the same day. The pool & deck area are most inviting & all the other owners/residents are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this unit."
