About Owner
We are a fun loving family that Loves Waterscape! We are a family of five, with three great daughters. We have owned unit C-204 since 2010 and recently acquired B-202 also. We love for people to stay in our favorite home away from home and try our very best to make it easy and stress free to reserve and stay with us.
We purchased this condo in 2010
Waterscape has something for everyone! Nearly a waterpark inside the courtyard with many pools and the lazy river ride. Waterscape also has a wide and deep sugar white sand beach with loads to do or just relax and listen to the waves.

"Excellent overall great ground level room with no worries of balcony with small children. Only downside was the terrible layout of the property for stroller children. There is an alternate route by using the elevator in the parking structure but that defeats the purpose of the ground level room having to reroute around the entire property. The amenities of this property make up for the stroller situation and the beach service included was very much appreciated! Bottom line prepare for a long haul to the beach especially with little kids! Even with that being said we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

Perfect Family Vacation Spot, Loved the condo and the resort!
"This was our first family vacation with two little ones and we couldn’t have enjoyed it anymore. The condo was so nice and clean and it felt so home like. The owner was so so helpful and was easy to call and get in touch with. We parked in the parking garage and the condo door was right there so we didn’t have to walk stairs and hallways to haul our things. Then it’s a ground floor unit so we could walk right outside and relax with our coffee and breakfast on the patio furniture. Oh and the margarita blender was amazing!!!! i taked with many people staying and no condo had one, this was truly amazing to have. I could go on and on, the kids and my husband and I had a great time I highly recommend this condo and resort. The beach and pools and hot tubs are amazing "

Easy Access Condo
"Newly painted condo with easy access to pool areas , parking area, and office area. Nice deck area. The sofas were uncomfortable, no firmness left; therefore, it is difficult to get up from them."
