Excellent Accommodations!!!
"Everything was very nice and accommodated our large family. The furnishings both inside and outside were great. We especially appreciated the nice living room furniture, large ottoman, spacious seating, and large kitchen table. The kitchen was stocked very well as we were able to prepare a large Thanksgiving meal for our entire family. The balcony was very large and the view was amazing to both the beach and the pool areas. We also appreciated excellent communication with owner thru the entire process."

3 generation vacation
"We have vacationed at Water Scape before, and knew it was the perfect fit for fun for the whole family (age 1 to 59). This condo is located in the most convenient place possible, which is so important when you have 4 kids and all their equipment to lug to beach and pool. It had the best equipped kitchen of any condo I have rented and the laundry room was a huge plus for storing those wet towels suits and toys. Note: hot and cold are reversed on the shower in second bath. Owner very prompt with replies and requests. We had some rain, and the view from the balcony made even those periods fun, as we sat out and watched the storms over the water. Our first choice for a Water Scape vacation."

Great location short walk to beach and pools !!!
"We stayed there the week of June 17-24 even though we had a lot of rain we still enjoyed our stay . The location was great we could sit on the patio and see the beach and we could also see the lazy river it was close to both . The view was amazing !! Only suggestion I would make is games or cards for the rainy days it seems to always rain off and on and games for the kids would have been helpful !!"

Our stay was excellent at Waterscape-B202. The owner was super helpful and awesome to deal with.
"The condo was clean and comfy! We had a beautiful view of the ocean, and it was just a short walk to the pool and the ocean!! we will defiantly come back with our family and most definitely stay in this condo. Everything about it was perfect!!!!!"

Great view, comfortable, well-maintained
"This was our second time at Waterscape, and we were very pleased with our decision to choose a "by owner" unit this trip. The layout of this unit was great; perfect for our young kids, my mother-in-law, and us (we didn't use bunk area). We spent a lot of time on the patio, which was shaded much of the afternoon. The outdoor resort amenities are amazing (why we went back). If you do rent this unit, just be prepared to bring a few items that other VRBO units may often have (e.g., hand soap, pot holders, grilling utensils). I'm sure we'll be back to B202."

Amazing Stay!
"Amazing, Luxurious, Gorgeous Views over looking the best part of the resort and the ocean. We left the two huge double window doors open most of the time we we were hanging out and could hear the ocean waves. Perfect open layout with a huge master and master shower. Amazing place! Looking forward to the next time we can rent it!"

A great week in B202
"Our group had a blast for our week at Waterscape!...Richard was available whenever we needed to reach him...He made sure the issues that came up early in our stay were addressed and handled accordingly...Overall nice condo and we loved having the extra bedroom and the large laundry room...We look forward to coming back again next year!..."

"We had a beautiful view of ocean as well as the lawn and palm trees on site. Overall condo was very nice beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied (one large pan had teflon chipped off needs to be thrown away.) Very quiet during our stay in February so enjoyed that."
Great Property and Location
"We spent the holiday here with our grown children and their families. We could not have asked for a better location and property. Correspondence with booking clear through checking out was very simple and pleasant. The only thing we would have changed for the week was the weather...but none of us have any control over Mother Nature. We will definitely return to this property in the future."

I wasn’t too sure about the view being partial pool view/partial ocean view, but honestly, it may be the best place we’ve stayed, thus far. I loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings, and the view of the ocean was so wonderful. It was also so convenient to have a view of the lazy river and be able to watch the kids playing, while I was in the room with the sleeping baby. The owner was very responsive, as we contacted him several times the day we arrived, and he worked with us to get our bracelets early, so we could enjoy the pool and other ammentites while we waited for our room to be ready (we like to drive through the night with the kids, which means we usually arrive in the morning on the day of check-in). The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. This is a great place to stay, especially with little kids. Hopefully, we will be back again next year "
Perfect Stay
"Fantastic location in proximity to beach and pools with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony! Perfect for any family to stay! We especially enjoyed the use of the multiple Weber grills on property as we did 99% of our meals at the condo. Highly recommend-- we will be back for sure!!!"

"we loved our stay here, loved waking up and walking out to the balcony to hear the ocean, more then enough to enjoy on property between the pools and beache we never had to go anywhere"
Excellent Stay
"I would highly recommend this property. Very spacious and the 3 BR plus the bunk bed nook are a plus. Richard was easy to communicate with. The location is great in the complex. We traveled at an off peak time but still an enjoyable vacation! The heated pool was very nice and two Jacuzzi tubs on premises were great. We even utilized one of the gas grill setups (all weber high quality) to cook our own lunch poolside. Lot to do with the kids. Fun family vacation."

Unit B202
"Unit B202 was a great unit. View of pool and gulf fantastic! Unit is in need of a little TLC but the owners had just purchased the unit and are working on it. My family had a great time and the unit is close to both pool and gulf which made my 82 yr old mom very happy. She said it was the best vacation ever. We will be going back to this unit.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. The condo has everything you need to enjoy the week. The only thing I could suggest and it is a small thing is I would like some larger pans for cooking since it is a large condo. An electric skillet would be great. It was lovely though so no complaints."
One of the best condos at waterscape
"We loved this condo! The owner was easy to work with, and easy to get in touch with. I liked the location of the condo. On the second floor, it was close to the elevator and the stairs. The pool area and the location to the pool area was convenient. I was excited that this condo had two bedrooms with access to the large balcony, but was disappointed that one of them did not have an attached bathroom. The bathroom wasn't really close either. That was my fault for not paying attention to the layout when booking. All in all, I would definitely stay in this unit again!"

"Great condo with great location to pools and beach! A lot of maintenance going on in hallways and corridors shutting down various elevators throughout our stay but I don’t expect that will be ongoing so I still give this 5 stars and hope to come back and stay again"

Amazing family vacation!
"We stayed for a week... there were 8 of us dancing in age 63 to 8 months. The condo was beyond perfect. The view... to die for, waterscape amenities amazing. Not one of us ever got bored! (This is a huge accomplishment with 2 teenagers). The condo was clean and well maintained. When we realized a remote was missing Richard had someone bring us one within the hour. Great service from the owners always answering endless questions. When we go back this is exactly where we will stay!"
