Traveling with babies? We've got 2 pack-n-plays, 2 highchairs, 2 dining booster seats, and stairs gates. Kids, tweens and teens will love the Star Wars and Mickey Mouse themed bunk rooms, the air hockey table, Netflix and the 3 (yes, 3!) Xbox Ones in the Avengers themed gaming room.

The grown-up kids will fall for the stylish designer decor, including artwork and lots of cozy throws; the well-stocked gourmet kitchen; and those soft-as-clouds Memory Foam mattresses. The pool (heated in late fall, winter, and early spring) and spillover jacuzzi are the best cures for park-weary legs. As is a trip to the on-site restaurant or tiki bar at The Oasis Club. Did I mention it's only a 1 minute walk from the house? There you'll also find a heated lazy river, kids splash area and gym. (And entry is included with your stay.)

Of course it's easy to get there too, with Disney less than 15 minutes' drive. Universal and SeaWorld are just 25 minutes away.

6 BEDROOMS / 6 FULL BATHS No more fighting over who gets the best room or racing to the bathroom in the morning. At Sun Gathering House, every room is as special as the next, with enough bathrooms to go around. Younger travelers love the fun of bunk beds (2 sets in each of the 2 kids rooms), where they can climb into their own space at the end of the day, unwind with a movie or simply drift off with joyful anticipation of the next day’s adventure.

Parents can sink into their own private sanctuaries – decorated in calming shades of blue, grey, and terra cotta – and enjoy time to themselves in blissfully kid-free zones. Three king rooms are located upstairs, with a fourth king suite located on ground level, perfect for those with mobility concerns.

The smoke-free, pet-free home also includes parking, BBQ and outdoor seating for 16.

Our twin boys have favorites in every park, but their favorite Dining Location is Yak and Yeti. The food there is amazing and it is not too far from Expedition Everest. Their favorite ride is Splash Mountain. Our last trip to Disney was in March and we rented a house for the first time and everyone had a great time. Even though the parks shut down 2 days after our arrival, we still managed to go to all 4 theme parks on March 15 and rode 17 attractions, some of them more than once. We had such a great time at the house that we rented even with the parks...

We had such a great time at the house that we rented even with the parks closed that we decided we wanted to find our own place and share it with as many families as we could. We found such a house and were fortunate enough to buy it from someone who is as big a Disney and Universal Studios fan as we are. We plan on making your family vacation as special and magical as we would want for our own family.

Since we’ve become part of The Retreat at ChampionsGate, we’ve discovered a host of activities beyond the theme parks that we enjoy. The Oasis Club is a two minute stroll from our homes and offers a day of relaxation and water play. ChampionsGate Country Club offers world class golf to visitors, and Bok Tower Gardens is a beautiful setting for escaping the park crowds and enjoying time together surrounded by beautiful plants, birds, and even tortoises. A day trip to Clearwater Beach is an easy 90 minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico. Please see our website for links to a myriad of local activities.

4. Primary renter (age 25 or older) must be present in the home during the entire stay. 


5. Rates are subject to local sales and resort taxes of 13.5%. 


6. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Non-payment of the balance 60 days prior to arrival may result in cancellation of your reservation.

7. Bookings made within 60 days of the arrival date must be paid in full.

8. Final instructions including directions and check-in details, will be sent approximately 1 week prior to arrival date. 


9. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers and trailers in the driveway of the home or anywhere in the development is not permitted by the local Homeowners Association. 


10. Please note that: no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your accommodation package. 


11. The home is provided for general vacation use only. No parties or special events are permitted. The owner reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises without refund in the event of misuse of the property. 


12. The owner strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your vacation. 
 LIABILITY David and Belinda Schroeder and Meadow Sun Properties FL cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, David and Belinda Schroeder shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas, cable, Internet, or air conditioning. Although, the owner will make every effort to respond and minimize any disruption caused during the rental period.
