Amazing beach Vacation Home!
"This home is everything you see in the photos and more! It's meticulously clean with anything you can think of needing on a beach vacation. We have 4 kids and the baby gate, pool alarm and twin beds were clutch! The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen fully supplied with everything we needed for making many meals at home. The pool area with games, is so much fun for the whole family. Can't beat the one minute walk to the beach without having to cross any streets!! Quiet neighborhood with the best Anna Maria Island charm. Honestly, my husband and I can't say enough about this rental and we look forward to coming back!! Ammey was the best host with great suggestions and very accommodating in letting us check in early too! Happy travels!"

Perfect Beach House!
"The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. The outdoor space was loads of fun with the pool, putting green, pin pong table and other games. Very short walk to the beach and the house included everything we needed - chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, cooler. Great location on the island. Owner made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this beach house and would definitely return."

Lovely Home, Steps from the beach
"Spent a lovely week in On Ocean Time. Clean and spacious. Tiny pool was perfect for our two under-2 year olds. Half a block to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby (but plan ahead, they fill early). Would definitely recommend! Ammey is responsive and helpful."

Exceeded our Expectations!
"A lovely home, just a short stroll to the beach. Exceptionally appointed to ensure a wonderful stay for all of our guests. Highlights were the elevator, backyard toys including the pool. Everyone loved late afternoons on the front main level deck. The rooms, back yard, kitchen table were bigger than they appeared online making 7 adults more than comfortable. Thank you, Ammey for taking such good care of us."

Perfect location
"This is a 5-star rental. Everything was clean and beautiful. The house was perfect for our 3 adult couples. The toys in the backyard were fun and the pool was clean and warm. The house layout was great for us to cook big meals and have great conversations. The walk to the beach was just a minute or two and the wagon helped transport all of our goods. Ammey was a fantastic hostess and was even able to replace a broken beach chair within an hour of me reporting it to her. We will be back!!"

Wonderful!
"The house was wonderful! We loved the location and the proximity to the beach was just a short walk. Beach was not crowded and very family friendly. The house was very clean! Loved the elevator to help with the luggage. The host put up baby gates for us, had a high chair and other very useful items we enjoyed using. The included beach wagon, chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus. The living room furniture could use a refresh and pool was smaller than we had hoped but did not affect my rating. We will be back!"

Great Family Vacation
"Our family of eight enjoyed our vacation at "On Island Time". The house is beautiful and very spacious; it was even better than we had anticipated The owners provided everything we needed including outdoor backyard activities, beach chairs and a beach wagon. The property manager made the rental arrangements for paddle boards to be delivered to the house. The kitchen was better stocked than any house we had rented before so it was easy to prepare meals; it even had an additional ice maker (countertop) that we utilized. We all enjoyed playing the activities provided in the back yard. The kids loved playing ping pong and using the putting green. The pool was a little smaller than I had imagined but it was still plenty big for the kids (and adults) to have a good time. The proximity of the beach is greatan easy walk. We did have some mishaps as the city had to do water main repairs overnight and we had to boil our water for a couple of days. We were thankful for the big pots and the tea kettle in the kitchen. The property manager responded quickly to our air conditioning problem upstairs and it was fixed when we returned from dinner. We were all very pleased with our accommodations and highly recommend it."

Amazing property on 79th St.!
"Our family stayed here for 1 week in May. Ammey communicated great and responded quickly during the check in process and even gave suggestions for paddle board rentals. The first things you will notice on arrival is how clean the house is, how close you are to the beach and how quiet the neighborhood is. We took both our young children. Mainly we swam in the gulf, but they enjoyed the pool. The outside seating was great for ordering takeout and eating as a family. I would recommend this property for your next stay!"

Holmes Beach on AMI
"This property was great for our family of 8 (7 adults and a grandchild). Living, eating and cooking area was plenty big and open so we all could be with each other. Close to the beach. Good location on AMI. House was in excellent condition. Backyard pool was a perfect addition to the experience."

"This was a wonderful property to stay at! The online photos don't give the house the credit it deserves. The house was clean and the location was perfect. It's located on a dead-end street so there was minimal noise and virtually no traffic. It's a short walk to the beach and there was a wonderful heated pool set at 87 degrees. The property manager was professional and prompt. We look forward to staying there again!"

Lovely home close to beach!
"Very nice home. Everything we needed was available with lots of kid-friendly equipment. Although we didn't use the elevator too much, it was handy for luggage and groceries. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach which was very nice. Just a very short walk. The home was lovely and would highly recommend. Lots of space. Garage was not available for use, but that was not a problem. We had plenty of space. Communication was very good. Would definitely stay at this location again."

Nice home near the beach
"The home is clean, large, and updated. It had all the amenities you will need. The elevator was quite the nice touch. Close proximity to the beach and an easy walk with little kids.
The only negative is the pool area. It is too shady. If you are looking to lay out and get a tan, you only really get 3 hours of sunlight given the way the home is built as it blocks the sun where the chairs are. The hours to get sun are noon-3pm. We constantly had to move the chairs every 30 minutes to get back into a sliver of sunlight.

Perfect
"My wife and I, my parents and my wife's parents spent a week in this prefect house.(On Ocean Time) It was our first trip to AMI. We can't say enough great things about our stay. This house had everything we needed and more. It has plenty of room to spread out and a great open floor plan on the main level for everyone to spend time together. The elevator was great to help our parents get up to the 3rd floor. The backyard has a great little pool, a putting green, 2 outdoor showers and a ping pong table! Now on to the best part. The house is the prefect spot on the island, centrally located on a quiet dead end street, 4 houses from beach access. The beach is amazing, and not crowded at all. The water is crystal clear and so warm that you can just stay in all day. The house provided lots of beach stuff you need and anything else you can rent from local vendors. We rented a golf cart and bikes. The property manager Ammey is amazing, she was always quick to respond and always had the answers to our questions. We plan to be back soon. AMI was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet laid back beach vacation. "

Prime rental!
"On Ocean Time is a beautiful, spacious, new beach home. Everything was top notch and high end. The beach access was easy, made easier by the beach wagon and hi quality chairs. The pool, while not huge was adequate for us. The kitchen was well equipped as were the bathrooms. The decor was stunning! Lovely front porch to sit on and different areas out back. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks Ammey, who manages the property, for helping us rent this on short notice!"

Beautiful new home in fantastic location on Holmes Beach
"Stayed in this lovely new home with four of my sisters last week. It is very spacious, nicely decorated, has all new appliances and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well furnished. Although we didn’t cook much of anything, the kitchen is well equipped for those who want to dine in. We were glad to have the elevator while bringing our luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors! The pool is lovely and the outdoor seating makes this space very inviting. We enjoyed our time spent in this area. The overall location on the island is wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. The owner met us upon arrival and gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay. She made sure we had beach chairs, towels and wagon to carry all. I hghly recommend this home and would love to stay there again when visiting Anna Maria."

Perfect beach vacation home
"Perfect for two families, 8 total: 4 adults and 4 kiddos. The pool is small but good for the kids to play in, or the adults to cool off. We rented 2 golf carts for the week which was nice to get around, but it’s not mandatory. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. We used both decks at different times of the day."
On Ocean Time is a gem
"This was our 3rd trip to AMI. Our home away from home was very comfortable and included added touches that put it above the rest: very nice new beach chairs (8), high end appliances including a beverage fridge, great patio furniture and interior furniture, and hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towel - enough for our entire stay (most places only include minimal amounts). The wagon and umbrella provided worked great for our group. The property manager (Ammey) was attentive and welcoming before we even arrived and throughout our stay. We rented paddle boards and boogie boards through the property and they were ready and waiting for us on day 1. We used the bikes several times to get around the island. No need to bike to the beach! It is literally steps away. The location is WONDERFUL! If this property is available when you travel to AMI, book it!"

Perfect for families, especially under Covid
"One of few places we've stayed in that was better in person than in pics. Beautiful, well decorated house, to the point where my wife is stealing ideas for our own home. .5 blocks to beach and the beach was very quiet and not even close to crowded, given that it is within a residential neighborhood. Manager is very accommodating to families: offered a crib, high chair, and many amenities that our kids loved, as well as the adults (rentals for kids kayak, paddleboard, extra beach chairs/tent), though it honestly already comes with just about anything you need. Also, communication was excellent. Was able to text the manager directly and get a response almost immediately. Even though other homes are close in the backyard, it feels super private given the foliage and landscaping which covers pretty much all of the neighbors. All of the appliances, etc. are top notch and up to date, and the general build quality and design of the entire house is excellent. We will likely stay here again!"

"I often am slightly disappointed that our rental house isn't quite as good as the pictures - that was NOT the case with the house. The house was bigger and nicer than expected and very, very clean which is always a big issue for me. It was closer to the beach than I envisioned from the pictures. It was a great location to everything. The property manager was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to my family and would stay here again."

Great house for our girls golf get away.
"We loved the house. Great location to beach and island trolley! It suited our needs perfectly. We had six women for a week long golf trip. The house was clean and well maintained, and kitchen was furnished well. We would have like to have had a few more bath towels and were unable to locate lights for patio by pool in the evening. Would stay again any time!"

Very New and Clean
""On Ocean Time" was built in 2018. It's very modern, clean, and in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there are lots of beach toys. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach takes only a couple of minutes.
The pool is pleasant but small, and mostly in the shade. Anna Maria Island doesn't have a lot of restaurants and there are almost none within short walking distance of the house."
