The condo lanai is set up for entertaining: cook on the building's grills, enjoy the gentle breezes and gorgeous sunsets over a dinner for two or include friends and family.
A full kitchen features all full size appliances, cookware, bakeware and servingware. You will be quite satisfied with the ample countertop space. The dining area is nearby for easy indoor serving.
In the living room, view the wall mounted flat screen TV. You may like to snuggle in the big ‘papa bear’ chair, or use the super size sofa for seating.
The split floor plan provides sliders off the master bdrm looking out over the gulf and the pool area. This is outfitted with King bed with memory foam mattress for super comfort. The master bath has bathtub/shower.
The second bedroom features an enlarged private bathroom to provide more spacious space for guests. There is a walk in shower in this bath.
Each bedroom has large windows for maximum light and views.
This condo includes an extra sleeping accommodation: Pack n Play for infant/toddlers and an airbed for additional guest. Also a booster high chair is kept on premises.
Both bedrooms have Flat screen TV, and large closets.
Our guests are pampered by the thick memory foam toppers on each bed!
The laundry appliances are full size front load washer & dryer.
For the continued enjoyment of our guests, these premises are designated as a CLEAN AIR accommodation. NO SMOKING in the condo, on the lanai or patio, or on the grounds.
There are TWO elevators to service this building. Enhanced auto-entry for the disabled.
The pool is heated in winter season. There are chaise lounges around the pool, and shaded areas provided for those to wish to avoid exposure to the sun.
Gary and Alice have grown children and several grandkids too. We like to invite our extended family to come spend time on the beach with us. It is great that we can always find a place to rent in addition to our own.
We chose this property because of the location, view over the ocean water, space, and weekly rental option. The outdoor space has heated pool, sitting area chairs & tables, chaise lounges.

Nervous Nellie's on the north end in Times Square area, on the Bay.
Outdoor dining available.
Flippers on the Bay, just off the south bridge. Turn left at 3 big highrises and go to end of the street.
There is so much to see and do in the area! HUGE flea market on Fri, Sat and Sunday just 12 miles from this home.
There is a kiddie playground about a half mile ~~ great place to take the kids for only $2.
On the north end of the island there is a small waterpark. This is open in the warmer season, and spring break/Easter weeks.
One of our favorite places to take guests is the Thomas Edison/Henry Ford Museum in Fort Myers. Interesting even for younger kids.
Also a couple of very large outlet malls for discount shopping within 15 miles of home base.
Boat rentals just 2 miles up the beach. Kayak rentals only a mile or so south of the condo.
Fishing charters nearby.
