Norm could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. The condo was beautifully updated and impeccably cleaned and maintained. Close to so many great places (John Pennekamp State Park, Founders Park in Islamorada and close enough for a great day trip to Key West and back) with easy access to Publix and other basic stores. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again.

Nice unit with upgraded kitchen. Nice view. Norman the manager was great. Good amenities with free use of paddkeboards and kayaks. Some property damage and marina is shut down but didn’t affect us.

Norman Wartman in Key Largo was such a gracious and funny owner with a great condo. Norman provided a wonderful tour of the property and was always available to our family if we had any questions. Would definitely return to Key Largo, and stay at Home Away/ Norman Wartman property.

My husband and I, our 2 adult children and their spouses, as well as our 2 puppies stayed in Unit N2 for the 4th of July holiday. The unit was well maintained and had a beautiful view of the lagoon. We had a golf cart right in front to explore the beautiful beach views on the spacious property grounds. When we had soaked in enough sun between the pools and the beach we played tennis, kayaked, and played football in the spacious area of grass behind the pool. We were so blown away by the kindness of everyone during our visit. When we got to the front gate we were met by big smiles and a warm welcome . Norman, the property manager, is amazing. Our boat trailer broke down and our 12 PM arrival turned into an 8PM arrival. He was there smiling and waiting to meet us and give us a tour of the property. He then introduced us to Jason who worked diligently to fix our trailer during a holiday weekend!!! We had to extend our stay 1 more day due to the boat issues and Norman had a unit ready for us to move right into since N2 was reserved that night. Diane and the cleaning staff were so patient with us as we transferred our things from 1 unit to another. We come to Key Largo at least a few times each year and we will definitely be back.
