This spacious brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath home was just built in 2017! It is just about a block to the gulf side beaches and is centrally located on Anna Maria Island in the city of Holmes Beach! While the inside of the home is pristine, gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. The real feature of this home is there is tons of outdoor yard, deck & covered patio space with a beautifully landscaped backyard, heated pool with sun shelf, outdoor shower, and grill. With the back of the home facing westward it is perfect for enjoying gulf breezes and gorgeous sunsets from the comfort of your own deck and the pool gets tons of sunshine exposure during the day!

The inside of the home has a spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen. The dining room table seats 6 and the large kitchen island seats 4. The kitchen is decked out with gorgeous countertops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances including oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. The cupboards are fully stocked to every chef's desire perfect for making a meal at home and the refrigerator also has an ice maker in the freezer. The living room has a large screen TV, comfortable seating and does have a sofa with pull out queen sleeper sofa. The home is equipped with cable television, wifi, and phone. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Each have closets and a TV. There is a full bath in hall with shower/tub combo. The second living floor is the entire master suite with a king size bed with luxurious linens and it's own private deck balcony with peek-a-boo views of the gulf. The master suite also has a HUGE walk in closet and master bath with enormous shower and double vanity.

On the ground level floor there is a 2 car garage with additional space for 2 cars in driveway and bonus room with ping pong table and has sliding doors that open up to the covered patio and pool area. The home comes with all the linens and towels you will need for your stay including beach gear... chairs, umbrella, cart, beach towels, toys, etc!

Payment Policy:

Deposit: 50% of total amount due must be made at the time of reservation request to confirm reservation. No dates or rates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit. After booking confirmed, prices will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations.

Balance: 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date. Full amount due must be made at the time of booking if check-in date is within next 60 days.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated by guest through website in which they booked. If cancelling entire or portion of reservation, refunds of deposit or full payment are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the home for the same number of nights or specific policy of website used to book (see below) and a refund will be given in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any guarantee that we will be able to rent the property at rate originally paid. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights in which the home cannot be re-rented, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.

Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. See rental agreement for details.

Awesome beach home! Can't wait to come back!

We were lucky enough to stay last minute at this amazing charming home. The home was squeaky clean and so pretty. It had everything we needed for our stay and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The beds were comfortable and there was tons of space for our family. The pool was warm and lovely. It was so nice to sit and relax on the deck at the end of the day and watch the sunset. It is in a great spot just a quick walk to the beach and in the middle of the island so you're close to everything. Nicki was amazing to work with and was super quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely look to come back!
