This elevated single family two-story home features 4 bedrooms with 5th 'open bunk room' and 4 full bathrooms. The home greets you with its beautiful beachy blue and pink hues and lush landscaping. From the moment you walk in the front door you will love everything this home has to offer including its high-end features like solid wood cabinets, and top of the line stainless steel appliances including nice-to-have features like a fully equipped kitchen to allow guests to cook up a great meal and has a double oven, ice machine, and induction cooktop.

The main living level has soaring vaulted ceilings, an open living, dining, and kitchen with a large kitchen island with bar seating for 4 and dining area that seats 10. The entire back of the home is equipped with large windows and patio doors overlooking the gorgeous pool area. Enjoy this luxurious saltwater pool and spa with ample space for lounging poolside. There is also an elevated deck area off the kitchen for grilling and hanging out while mixing a cocktail or two. There is also a foot wash and outdoor shower.

On the first floor, there is a king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom with step in shower that is also accessible from main living area. There is also a second king bedroom with en-suite bathroom with step in shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. On the second floor, there are three additional bedrooms, one king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom with its own balcony, one bedroom with 2 twin XL beds, and one 'open bunk room' with triple twin XL bunk bed as well as a fourth full hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a smart TV in addition to the large screen TV in the living area for a total of 6 TVs and 2 DVD players. Cable, phone service, and wifi internet are provided.

Towels and linens are provided at the beginning of each stay. There is also a washer and dryer on site. Cable and wifi are also provided as well as beach gear!

There is a 2 car garage and additional parking in the driveway in front of the home. The home is stocked with beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach cart for all your beach-going needs as well as linens and towels for your use during your stay.

The home is in a prime location centrally located on the island in Holmes Beach. It is located just minutes from the Manatee Bridge and entrance to Anna Maria Island along with the local grocery store, pharmacy, & public beach and park. The home is within walking distance of the main shopping center in Holmes Beach and is literally just across the street from the public beach access. It is located to a nearby free trolley stop that runs the length of the island and is walking distance to the local beer and wine store, as well as several bars and restaurants.

We relocated here for the purpose of being able to enjoy this gem full time and inspire others to visit as well. Deposit: 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. Airbnb requires full payment at time of booking and is subject to their policies.
Balance: 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date. If no further payment received within 60 days prior to check-in and no response from guest within 3 days of due date, reservation will be cancelled per cancellation policy. Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated by guest through website in which they booked. If cancelling entire or portion of reservation, refunds of deposit or full payment are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the home for the same number of nights or specific policy of website used to book (see below) and a refund will be given in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any guarantee that we will be able to rent the property at rate originally paid. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights in which the home cannot be re-rented, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere. Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Super clean and relaxing!

Love this place! We’ve booked it for a week but extended by two nights! Very spacious, bright and clean house close to the beach! Pool is heated and there is also a hot tub which gives you an opportunity to enjoy outdoors after sunset. The fence around the property provides enough privacy! The host is very helpful and fast with response! Will come back!

The house was beautiful and well equipped for everything one could need or want.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shopping, places to eat a d the beach are a comfortable walk away. The heated pool was wonderful as we had very chilly weather. The kids played in the pool every day. My daughter especially liked the fact that she could watch the kids and clean the the kitchen!!! We are already planning our next visit.

Super Place!

This home was straight out of HGTV. Tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, wonderful heated pool with hot tub. Our family of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids had a great time. We loved the location about 350 steps from the beach and close to lots of shops - there were souvenir, coffee, restaurants, and ice cream shops within walking distance- which was fun. The only thing I’d change would be to put a door on the bunk room. It was a little too loud for our light sleepers. I’d rent again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful brand new house in perfect condition within convenient walking distance to beach.

We are a family.with five adults and three small children. The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool and the adults enjoyed the spacious hot tub and pool deck. We often had breakfast and lunch on the outside porch above the pool with a large table and umbrella. There is a large kitchen with a huge island and professional type appliances and well stocked with dishes, glasses etc.
The kitchen, family room , dining are are open with nice high ceilings. The bedrooms are well furnished and very comfortable. The house is within convenient walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay and the house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful!!!

"She's Always Right" is the perfect name!

We could not believe this beautiful home. No detail was missed as you had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was spacious and gorgeous and fully stocked with only the best. All rooms were decorated in calming colors with the most comfortable seating and bedding. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was everyone's favorite. The home was a short walk to the gorgeous beach and to many local restaurants and shops. You could even hear the waves crashing from the house on windy days! Nikki was tremendous and quickly responded to any request. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning, eating at "Eat Here", "The Waterfront", and "The Feast". The property was immaculate and well-maintained and we would love to go back and would recommend to our friends and relatives.

Above and Beyond Our Expectations !!

Nikki upgraded us to Property # 1215058 because of an issue elsewhere. Phenomenal -- Thank you !! We could not get over how beautiful the property was inside and out. The kitchen left nothing to be desired. Enough pots and pans, silverware and utensils for any kind of cooking or baking needs. The bathrooms were updated with awesome quality as was the entire house. We were in Anna Maria Island because of a wedding so the idea of having this much room to spread our family out was perfect. From another review, we agree, renting a house (especially this one ) is so much better than a hotel. Even tho it was cool in FL we used the hot tub all the time and walking out to the pool was luxury. The ambiance that the color changing lights in the pool was an added feature that was above and beyond. There was nothing we needed to go out to get except our groceries. Again -- Thank you for letting us be a part of this !!

Awesome stay at this beautiful home

This was our first VRBO experience and it has us wondering why we have been staying in hotels. We were a group of 10, coming from different parts of the country to spend Christmas together on AMI. The home was brand new and truly beautiful. It was clear that the owners gave a lot of thought to what guests might enjoy when staying in their home. You can see in the photos that the decor is tastefully done. There is a large master suite and 2 additional bedrooms with king sized beds (lots of pillows) and private bathrooms, which worked great for our group as no one had to argue about who got the smaller bed. There is also a twin bedroom and bunk room, which worked well for the kids. The kitchen is totally stocked with everything you might need. We had planned a pretty simple holiday meal, but really could have done much more as there are 2 ovens and plenty of cookware & utensils. The washing machine is ENORMOUS, which made washing beach towels (plenty of them there) easy.

The location is also pretty great. It is a very short walk to the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs, toys, an umbrella and a big cart to transport it all. You can also walk to the shops and restaurants in Holmes Beach and if you want to go further, there is a free bus stop that is close by as well.

In addition to the home itself working out perfectly for us, Nikki at Once Upon a Beach was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful and like new (probably was new)

It was a delightful week. The very, very, very few minor issues we encountered were quickly, warmly and responsibly addressed. The house is gorgeous and the area is great. Only a short walk to ice cream shops, coffee shops and the beach. We were delighted with the home and the responsiveness of the owners.
