This includes a complimentary members' concierge located within the 53,000 square foot clubhouse, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, Social/Activities Director, on-site Golf Pro, pro shop, two on-site restaurants, two bars, cabana with drink and food service, executive board room, a state of the art gym, six lighted Tru-Har tennis courts, along with an on-site pro tennis instructor. Great location Very clean Had all the amenities we needed. Liked the condo so much we offered to buy it.However it was not for sale. We liked the development and the people so much we ended up purchasing a condo.

The rental has everything you need. The master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and a great walk-in shower.
We enjoyed sitting on the peaceful lanai overlooking the greens. A nice feature was having the washer/driver in a laundry room which eliminates noise in the unit. The kitchen is spacious with a comfortable, large eat-in counter. I liked the additional dining room. The ammentiety that I enjoyed was the mainpool with a wait staff. I highly recommendfully enjoy this beautiful unit.

Wonderful vacation condo! Very clean, close to 3 very nice malls. 10 mins to Beautiul Bonita Beach. Love this place! Very nice attentive owners, that made sure our stay was confortable. Club house is beautiful and serves delicious meals.

Beautifully decorated and well-stocked condo in a great location. In addition to the great floor plan, one of the best features is the Western exposure which allows for natural light throughout the day. We loved the new TVs and sound system to go with the digital cable and fast wifi. The Clubhouse facilities are perfect and include a well-equipped fitness center. The owners had bikes available which we took advantage of and enjoyed immensely. We plan to make it an annual experience.

We loved our February 2014 stay here in this very new renovated suite. The unit was well-stocked - especially in the kitchen - utensils/dishes/pots & pans. All new appliances. Very well decorated - comfortable bed & 3 large screen TV's. Very close to shopping, many restaurants and RSW. Clubhouse facilities were first rate. Owners are friendly and easy to work with. Very enjoyable stay.
