The condo is exactly as described in the ad. The area is beautifully landscaped and very quiet. The walkways and lawns are carefully maintained and you feel fortunate to be able to walk under the shady trees and view ducks, turtles, squirrels and various wading birds. The carport is great and only steps from the condo door. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of closet and storage space. The pool is only 1 minute away and can be viewed out the kitchen window. All appliances are fairly new and in good working order. We could walk to the bank, and the condo is close a huge shopping mall out the back gate. We took advantage of the Senior Tuesdays quite often during the winter and saw many movies there. Using the back gate you can access secondary roads to travel instead of Highway 19 which can be busy. There are great maps in the credenza drawer which can help you plan your route. We bought a season's pass to Honeymoon Island state park and went there at least 3 times a week. There is a dog beach there and another wonderful dog park on Enterprise a few miles away. Would recommend this ground floor condo to anyone who appreciates clean and quiet surroundings.
