CLOSE TO PIER PARK. The Tidewater Resort is 0.5 miles from Pier Park, PCB's most popular shopping and eating destination with well over 100 shops, restaurant, IMAX theatre and more. It is an easy walk for most people. Located on PCB's family oriented west end, the Tidewater Resort is arguably PCB's most luxurious condo resort. It is a true resort with it's own movie theatre (showing free popular movies on Wednesday and Saturday nights in season), a HUGE oceanfront exercise/fitness area (that includes treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, Roman spa and even women's and men's separate sauna and steam rooms), Starbucks and ice cream shop on site, inside oceanside cafe, east poolside Tiki Bar that serves food in addition to beverages, two large outdoor swimming pools, and one indoor pool.
Our unit, located on the 13th floor, is one of the highly sought after east end corner units with virtually all glass breathtaking views of the living area. In shopping for a condo, we literally searched all over Florida and Alabama. This unit has the most incredible views of any we have seen. TWO MASTER SUITES, each with ocean views and king-sized beds. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And there is a bunk area nestled in its own private area just off the queen sized bedroom's bathroom. The bunk has two twin bunks, plus another trundle bed pullout. Also in the unit are two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. So there is plenty of room for everyone! Cable and FREE WIFI are included.

Brent and Angela Craig are the owners of Tidewater 1317. We live in Hartselle, Alabama, which is one hour north of Birmingham. Brent is a state government official. Angela works in the central office in the local city school system. We have two adult daughters.

EVERYTHING about this property is nice, but esp the view! Can’t beat it!
The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-decorated.
Only 1 pool was open during our stay, but it was very nice.
The only downside of our entire stay is the wait for the elevator.

Condo is roomy and bright and owner is quick to respond to any questions. Weather could have cooperated with warmer temps and less rain! Recommend condo if you’re going to PCB!

Super easy check in, easy to find the room, unbelievable views from the living room. 10/10 would rent again. Definitely remember to bring a few extra trash bags in you suitcase as there was only 1 for us to use. The info states 12 sets of towels and I believe I only counted 8 which was still plenty as we only had 4 guest. My only complaint is the wristbands that tidewater makes you wear. They seem to be a magnet for the condo reps in pier park but no biggie as that's a resort policy and not in anyway an owners policy. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to cook store food with. Just an all around awesome week. If I didnt already have next years condo booked, I'd rent this property again.

This is our second time staying in this unit. We have absolutely loved each time. The unit is beautifully appointed. Being a corner unit on the 13th floor, it provides an awesome view of the beach all around.
We really love the location. It's on the west end of Front Beach Road and away from the crowds, so the beach is not overcrowded. However, it's handy to the Parkway and any location in the Panama City Beach area is reachable by a short drive. It's also very close to Pier Park for entertainment and dining options there. Grocery stores and stores for necessities (Walmart, Target, Publix, etc.) are a very short drive away.
We were especially appreciative of the responsiveness of the owner, Brent Craig. He addressed any issues that we encountered in a timely and friendly manner. For example, the single-serve coffee machine in the unit was malfunctioning. Mr. Craig quickly made adjustments to ensure that a new coffee maker was purchased. He was also responsive to our request to adjust the preset thermostat settings so that we were comfortable in daytime and at night.
Would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large family or a group of several couples who want to stay together in the same unit.
