Additional Property Information

Marina Historic District has resident only parking. Owner can supply parking pass but driveway can accomodate 3 cars easily. We have a free Downtown Trolley running from TriRail station to the beach which has stops(1/2 block) but can also be flagged down. The house is located 1-10 min walking from everything in Delray from Arts Garage for music, Old School Square for art/music/events and all galleries, music, restaurants on Atlantic Ave and beach. You could easily do without a car although there are over 200 golf courses in PB Co and many things offered in Palm Beach just north. Delray has a world class tennis center 10 min walk away.

Policies
I will accomodate different arrival/departure if the guests around your booking allow for it. I will send a contract with all the details/pricing/payments for your review. I will HOLD a property for a few days while working out details but, will not remove it from the calendar until secured by deposit. I do have return of the "Hold fee," or deposit,but it is case by case basis as to the timing/length of lease. For example, the 3 month Seasonal rental for Jan -March is refundable until Sept 30 in the year prior to the rental.

This house is suitable for small dogs only and they will be considered on a case by case basis. I do have a pet policy addendum to the contract.
Additional Info
Palm Beach Co and the State of Florida have a combined "tourist tax" rate of 13%. This would apply to all rentals that are less than 6 months and I collect it at arrival from each guest.

I also charge a security deposit $300-500 which is refundable and the amount depends on n umber of guests and lenght of stay.

I do require a pet deposit of $200 and will consider pets.

The arrival and departure/exit clean is included.
Cancellation Policy
Typically I would discuss this with each guest. It is different for a short term rental verses a longer seasoanl rental for instance. For Season (Jan -March) I have a minimum rental of 3 months and generally have it paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy.

Suitability Details
I do not generally rent to children as it is just the nature of the draw of Delray and all its nightlife so have very rarely rented to children. That being said I would ask the parent to assist in child-proofing as that I really didnt address.

It has a front porch stoop with one step, and then 2 small "door thresholds" to cross so wheelchairs could work but I need to clairify it has not been outfitted for handicap accessibility.
