Description

We would love to host you at our beautiful beach home - "Sun Raehs". We are located right off the Manatee Bridge in Holmes Beach on Sixth Avenue on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. Our complex is one of the most sought after on the island because of its location and pristine grounds, the privacy and location is simply lovely.

Our three bedroom townhome is newly updated with a coastal theme. You are 250 steps out your lanai to the beach. Our location is so convenient, one doesn't even need a car if they choose. Everything is in walking distance; Publix, Skinny's, Beach Shops, Ice Cream, Pizza, Coffee Shops, Gift Shops, Bike/Golf Cart rental, Sand and Surf shops and so much more.

* Master bedroom has a new King bed and newly updated Master Bath. Second bedroom has a beautiful Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 new twin beds. The two bedrooms share a full bath.

* Townhome is bright and airy with two separate balconies.

* Complex is made up of only 9 units, all with two car garages and lots of privacy. You are housed in between a beautiful park with lots of privacy and professionally paved walkways with benches and landscaping for your morning and evening strolls to the beach. There is a heated pool on property for your use, as well as a grill for those evenings when you are so relaxed you just want to stay home and dine - your second refrigerator is literally across the street at Publix, making this place a one stop vacation without the hassles of traffic and waiting in line for dinner.

About owner

My husband and I are natives of Cincinnati. We just purchased this gorgeous townhome a few weeks ago and cannot wait to share it. We are monthly rentals only and have about 8 months of the year available for rent as we return to Cincinnati for the Summer and Fall to spend time with our grandchildren. While we are not in the position of having to rent, we just cannot see this piece of paradise sitting empty for months at a time - you won't be disappointed, you will absolutely love everything about it.

Our home is located off Manatee Avenue on Sixth Avenue, directly as cross the bridge to the Island. We are conveniently located to everything one would need when visiting the island. We recently purchased the home and will be using it for our winter residence and renting it monthly for the Summer and Fall. The three bedroom home is absolutely stunning, has a two car garage and is situated on a corner lot with plush landscaping and grounds. There is so much privacy and it is so quiet and serene.
