SaltAire Key Yacht Club is a boutique resort like waterfront vacation rental complex with 4 units total. Each unit has it's own private spaces, lounge chairs, day beds, grills etc., making it even better than staying at a boutique resort.
The beautiful heated pool is available for all guest's use all year. This property is designed to be serene and peaceful. Please see our listing for the entire property if you plan to bring a large group.
The Space: SaltAire Key Yacht Club Unit 3 is a small and quiet 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit on the street side of the property. Unit 3 is the most economical unit on the property and allows for use of all amenities. The living room includes a leather queen pullout and 65" flat screen smart TV. The dining room and kitchen are open to the living and tastefully updated. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, 40" flatscreen smart TV and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
The condo is appointed with top of the line linens, furnishings and spa soaps just as in all of Latitude Key's listings.
Guest Access: Guests will receive a personalized electronic door code along with contactless check in instructions prior to arrival and will have access to the full condo unit as well as the entire exterior grounds of the property.
The Neighborhood: Bayview Coral Ridge is a high end and tranquil neighborhood full of lush vegetation and endless miles of waterways. Take a stroll or kayak through the million dollar homes to enjoy the sunshine.
SaltAire Key is located in Bayview/ Coral Ridge- one of Fort Lauderdale's most prestigious yachting neighborhoods. Enjoy peaceful walks down the treelined streets, parks, grocery, Starbucks, Sunrise Mall and many more all within walking distance.
Getting Around: SaltAire Key Yacht Club is in the perfect location for walking or biking to the areas hottest attractions. Just north of Sunrise Mall, you are walking distance to hundreds of shops, Publix, Starbucks, and 7-11. The beach is a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute car ride.
Other Things to Note: Minimum renter age is 25 unless approved by management prior to reservation. All of our properties are in high end, beautiful and quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority. Please contact us prior to booking with any questions or concerns.
All guests will be required to sign a simple rental agreement, be verified by SafelyStay, provide identification and current contact information in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.
We welcome your pet but require pre-approval. A non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.
All properties have a strict No Smoking inside policy. Any evidence of smoking or smell of smoke inside the property will incur a minimum $500 fee. Point of contacts will be available 24/7 via phone, text, or email! We are available for all your questions or concerns.
No shows are not eligible for refund of deposit and will be charged the total amount due for the entire reservation. No refund for early departure unless mandatory evacuation order due to hurricane.
