The "Paradise Point Key" house is located in one of Ft. Lauderdale's most exclusive neighborhoods. With over 180" of waterfront, you will feel as if you are staying in your own private, waterfront resort.
Ample privacy and amazing sunrise views really make this property stand out and best of all, the location is perfect for access to the areas hottest events, cruise port, and the beach.
The property is fully equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing beach vacation.
The Space: The home has a large great room featuring 65" HDTV, DVD with library and free WIFI plus two queen size sleeper sofas. The huge gourmet kitchen features a natural gas stove and oven as well as all stainless appliances and is stocked with spices and all the cooking needs that one can imagine.
The themed bedrooms are decorated to reflect the beach, ocean and South Florida lifestyle. The master "Shell Bedroom" features a king bed and ensuite bath plus HDTV.
The second "Flamingo Bedroom" has a queen bed plus an HDTV. The third "Whale Bedroom" also has a queen bed and HDTV.
Outside take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear pool then work on your tan on one of chaise lounges as you gaze over the spectacular view of the waterway.
Later throw some steaks or shrimp skewers on the gas barbeque grill while enjoying your favorite adult beverage. Watch your kids splash and play in the sparkling crystal clear pool.
This home is the perfect family vacation choice. Enjoy an optional adventure by taking a leisurely wine and cheese excursion on our Duffy electric boat.
Your captain will take you on a river and waterway tour of the Venice of America.

Getting Around: Paradise Point Key is located in the beautiful, gated and exclusive Harbor Isles neighborhood.
The beach is a short walk through palm tree lined streets. Gas stations, resorts and restaurants are all within walking distance. This is the perfect property to enjoy the many events scheduled for Fort Lauderdale Beach as it is a short walk from the event locations.
Other Things to Note: Minimum renter age is 25 unless approved by management prior to reservation.
All of our properties are in high end, beautiful and quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority.

great house for a family
we had really bad weather the majority of our stay unfortunately, but the house was great & we did manage to do some fishing right off the dock. lots of action in the evening & had some big Snook on the line!

Amazing Property!
We have family in Ft. Lauderdale so we travel down here a lot. Typically we get hotels but I can honestly say, we will be staying at this house again! The location is phenomenal (close to beach, eating, bars) but still in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is great and the location being on the water makes it so peaceful!

Perfect property!
The property managers were nothing short of high class when it came to communication. We received very detailed instructions before check in which made the arrival process super easy! They made sure that we were accommodated in every way possible. The location was perfect just a few minutes from downtown and the beach. The pool was fabulous and experience was priceless!

Florida get away
The house was very nice but had issues. Pool heater wasn’t on. No hot water in kitchen. Froze to death till day 3 finally found 2nd thermostat behind artificial tree. Bathroom only one switch worked. No air vent in bathroom.

WOW! What a great place!
By far the best condition location we have EVER stayed in! Amazing amenities, amazing everything!
The property management company even had coffee pods, detergent for the washer, dispensers in the bathrooms and so much more. We loved this property and will definitely stay here again.
I even made a mistake and forgot they text me all the great info to get in, and when I called them at 11:30PM they answers and helped me even though they were 100% in the right and I was wrong about not getting the check in info. Such amazing people.

Nice house - great location!
Clean, comfortable house. Beautiful views of water. Great kitchen. Comfy beds. Property manager very responsive. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride. We loved our stay!
