The Tuscan-inspired kitchen is a culinary delight - from the six-burner Viking Professional Series stove and oven to the handcrafted custom wood cabinets to the imported granite countertops.
Enjoy a casual meal or a late-night snack at the kitchen island and watch the news at breakfast on your flat-screen TV. A Keurig Coffee Machine and a regular coffee machine will welcome you each morning, along with a full assortment of K-Cup Coffees and Tazo Teas.
The Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed and exclusive Prana Sleep mattress opens up onto a bougainvillea veranda. Connecting through the cedar-lined, walk-in closet area is the Master Bathroom, constructed with imported marble and dark-wood accents. The large dual-head shower and oversized corner jacuzzi tub provide the ultimate in luxurious bathing comfort.
Guest bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed, closet, dresser.
Guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds, dressers, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. And you will never have to go out to the movies when you can stream your favorites on the awesome ten-foot projection screen with full surround sound.
The guest bathrooms both are beautifully adorned with marble and a unique copper ceiling. Bathe indoors or open the glass door to a private outdoor shower (and great access to the pool!).
Don't want to break your workout routine? Whether you're a fitness guru or just a casual treadmiller, there is no need to find a local gym; exercise to your heart's content right here at home! Enjoy a private room (with overhead fan and flat-screen TV) with a Precor Elliptical Machine, Lifestyler Treadmill, and full, multi-station gym with over 1000 lbs. of weights. (4th bedroom is being used as the gym.)
Sunbathe, swim, and relax your cares away in the serene and lushly landscaped backyard patio area and a large outdoor pool. Complete with lounge chairs, patio set for outside dining, large umbrella, and pool floats, the resort-style backyard is a most perfect place to enjoy a frozen margarita or daiquiri, and we have a full range of plasticware to complement the outside patio area.

About owner
Boca Raton native here. Boca is a cosmopolitan city with a home-town feel. I love my little neighborhood because of its close proximity to nearly everything Boca has to offer - the beach, downtown, boat ramps, shopping. I also enjoy being a part of all sorts of open-air concerts, and Mizner Park Amphitheater offers this year-round, many for free! To me, East Boca just has a special feel - an ocean breeze, a history, a luxurious, vibrant downtown.... it really is one of the most beautiful places to live in the country.
Because I've been a builder and designer of multi-million dollar homes for decades, I saw great potential in this little jewel of a property when I first laid eyes on it. To me, it was an untouched canvas on which I could create a home to emulate the places I've been - a piece of paradise from Tahiti, a touch of Tuscany from the Italian countryside, and the lush tranquil gardens from Hawaii. I originally bought this home for myself; however, now that I am semi-retired, I thought it would be a great time to share it with others. You'll find so many beautiful touches in an impeccable setting.

East of I-95. Family neighborhood with sidewalks, close to Whole Foods Market and in the best school district in the city. Short straight drive to the beach; 5 minutes to downtown Boca and Town Center Mall.
In the summer, East Boca is usually a little cooler, less humid, and less rainy than west Boca. The sea breeze keeps some of the storms west of I-95, and the ocean breeze extends for several miles. West Boca does have its perks, but, being closer to the Everglades and farther away from the beach, it's always a little hotter, a little more congested, and little more humid. "Old Boca" people know that East Boca is the place to be!

People have called it "their own little resort." It really is an "ahhhhh" moment when you walk into the open living room and see the beautiful pool and backyard. The home also is warm and cozy but spacious as well. It's a wonderful place to get away from it all.
Located in an incredibly convenient location east of I-95, this home is a just a couple of miles to the pristine beaches and one mile from elegant downtown. Mizner Park, Town Center Mall, Morikami Japanese Gardens & Museum, and hundreds of restaurants are a short car ride away. And Whole Foods, Starbucks, Barnes and Noble, and a plaza full of fabulous restaurants are right around the corner.
Enjoy an evening of outdoor music at Mizner Park amphitheater or a cultural afternoon at a local museum. And don't forget the nightlife - from upscale clubs to fine dining to outdoor concerts, Boca has it all. (And don't forget Boca's close proximity to Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, the Hard Rock Casino, and Miami's famous South Beach.)
For the golfer, world famous courses are just a few minutes away, as well as tennis courts and great college football at Florida Atlantic University. The Boca Raton area also boasts many upscale consignment shops and boutiques, perfect for browsers and buyers alike.
Like to do some boating, fishing, snorkeling, or diving? There are no shortage of charter services here, and the Boca inlet is just two miles away and minutes out to the Gulf Stream and some of the finest fishing in the world. Enjoy diving/snorkeling at our local Red Reef Park, and rent watercraft in neighboring Deerfield Beach.

* $1000 first payment to reserve the house. Balance must be paid one month before check-in.
* The pool is solar heated. Should our guests desire access to the electric heater, please add $50 per week.
* Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date are non-refundable.
* PayPal: PayPal is free to use if the funds come from your PayPal balance or checking account. Using a credit card through PayPal charges 2.9%. Guest is responsible for paying the 2.9%. We also take Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and Google Pay.
* Interim cleanings for are for long-term guests only ($100)

What do I need to do to book this home?
We take a $1000 booking payment to reserve the dates, and then the balance is then due 30 days before check-in. We prepare a rental agreement for you, which we email. Refundable security deposit of $1000 is due at check-in (or a day before), and we will refund it within a few days of check-out.
Do you accept pets?
One small/tiny, non-shedding, well-trained dog will be considered. No cats.
What kind of neighborhood is this house in?
A family neighborhood east of I-95! We are in an incredibly convenient location in East Boca - right behind Whole Foods and near Mizner Park, Town Center Mall, shopping, dining, golfing, and FAU. Best school district in town! The beach is an 8-minute drive straight down Palmetto Park Road.
Is your pool heated?
Yes, our lush outdoor pool is solar heated, which makes it very comfortable most of the year. A few months in the "winter" you may want it a bit warmer, and we have an optional electric heater for $50 per week.
What should I do if I encounter an issue during my stay?
We live close by and are always available by text or phone. We pride ourselves on responding quickly to anything that our guests have needed in the past.
How do I access the home?
Because we take great pride in our home, we always check in our guests personally. We will meet you at the home to show you everything and make sure you're comfortable for your stay. We always ask our guests to call or text when they're an hour away from arrival.
Pets - we welcome only one tiny/small well-trained dog for a fee.

Beautiful house
We were looking for a quiet house where we could stay socially distanced while enjoying all the usual amenities we would expect on vacation. We found it here! The house has been very tastefully decorated and feels very homey. The highlight is the pool and beautifully maintained garden. The pool is a good size so you can get some good laps in. There’s also a home gym which enabled us to maintain our exercise routines. Liz welcomed us to the house and showed us around and has been very responsive during our stay for the minor questions which came up. The house is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the neighborhood is...a quiet residential neighborhood, but it’s not very interesting to walk around. It didn’t really matter to us because we either stayed home and relaxed or we drove to wherever we wanted. Overall, this house was exactly what we were trying to find for a quiet and relaxing Covid-era getaway.

Casa Bella - a small piece of paradise!
What a fabulous location. Liz and Lew were fantastic hosts, came by a couple of times when we needed help and were super friendly during the booking and check in! The place is great, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. They have a kitchen for cooks and most of the equipment you will need. We used it a lot because we self confined for two weeks during the start of the covid. That said, you are minutes from stores, restaurants, the beaches and anything else you may want in Boca Raton. The yard is Superb, with its great pool, professional landscaping all in a very very private setting. We highly recommend Casa Bella! We plan on returning as soon as we can!!!! Sylvie and Guy

Easy Boca
We stayed for two weeks and could have stayed two more. Liz greeted us at the house and was a phone call away and nearby if we ever needed her. This made the vacation easy. Liz's home was just as described and more. Very clean, spacious, and good central location. Comfortable bed, nice master bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the very secluded and peaceful yard surrounding the pool. The pool was great and the water temp was well controlled by the heater. When you come from the North the more time you get to spend outdoors the better-mission accomplished here. We ate out most often but when we had dinner at the house the brand new kitchen had everything needed to prepare any type of meal. The beautiful space outdoors allows grilling for different meal options. For people who eat at home this would be a must. The alternative is eating out and that is our preference. Again, the location is great because within a few miles there are many restaurants with a variety of foods. We had a fun time deciding where to go for our next meal- such a dilemma. If our winter plans bring us back to Boca Raton FL we will definitely look to stay here again.

My husband was nervous to book a house online so he made them crazy that it better be nice and clean, the owner responded by saying "I promise you won't be disappointed!" And boy was she right! This house deserves the highest star rating! It was a stunning spotless house, the pictures don't even do it justice it's much nicer in real life! Stunning manicured property! The pool is magnificent and lets not forget the greatest people to get to know, I cant wait to come again. I recommended lots of friends to this house. Enjoy it !

We are veterans to Home Away rental properties having used Home Away for home rentals in Costa Rica, the Cayman Islands and in Florida .
This beautiful home was exactly as described .Our hosts made the house feel like our own . Their communication during the whole process was outstanding . The house was very clean, well appointed and the backyard was private, with beautiful landscaping and a wonderful pool and a large Weber gas grill.
We had quick and easy access to supermarkets and shopping. There were plenty of restaurants within minutes and the owners left a binder full of dining choices , local attractions and information regarding the house .
Going on vacation should always be this easy ! We would rent this house again without a second thought and will recommend it to friends and family.

Privacy and beauty
This is a fabulous home if you want your own private paradise. We went with our two adult children here and had a great time. The pool and back yard was the highlight, ultra private and immaculate landscaping made this our own private oasis. If you want to enjoy the Florida sun, but skip the crowded beach scene, this is a great option. The home is gorgeous, spacious and quiet with the 3 bedrooms at opposite ends, fabulous stone work and nice separation between the living areas. We loved the home theater system. The kitchen and all areas are very well appointed. The owners were great to work with on our last minute booking. Highly recommend this home if you want privacy and beauty.
