Description
This is a stilts home with a large wrap around deck & an ocean view. It has a utility room with a washer & dryer. A five minute walk from the beach, close to Thomas's doughnut & Ice Cream shop & Pier Park, completely furnished with a full kitchen, all towels & linens included. This home is located in a family friendly community & is small dog pet friendly. You can sit on the upper deck and enjoy the sun or sit below on the covered carport and enjoy the shade and nice breeze.
The Laguna Beach area has a beautiful beach perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding or just laying on the beach soaking up the sun.

Additional Location Information
Friendly beach community that is located just a short drive to Pier Park which has shopping, food, music festivals & walking on the pier or fishing off the pier. Very close to Thomas's a favorite local hangout with great food including hot doughnuts & ice cream where you can eat outside with an ocean view. Close to several grocery stores & banks. Our beach has seadew & paddle board rentals. Just 20 minutes away from air boat tours, we recommend the sunset tour, it is awesome!

All bedrooms have chest of draws, night stands & closets we also furnish hangers/ iron & ironing board. The loveseat in the living room also pulls out into a double bed. Each room has it's own smart TV. Plenty of pillows & linens to make our guests feel very comfortable & relaxed.
You will have plenty of storage in the main bathroom. lots of shelves & baskets & a vanity mirror that opens to store your personal care products. The new outside shower has a shower & a vanity mirror with storage plus several hooks to hang your towels & swim suits. It always feels great to take an outside shower after a day on the beach in the sun.

Under the carport or in driveway, you can easily park 4 suv's
The covered carport has a nice breeze & is a great hangout area with a grill & plenty of seating & a bar. In the utility room there is an extra fridge so you don't have to run up & down the stairs for cold drinks & ice. There is also a nice fire pit in the back yard, great for making smores or roasting hotdogs or just relaxing around a small fire at night with friends & family.

West Pineapple Cove Stay
The owners were very accommodating, and the beach is just a short walk from the property. It is quiet, very comfortable, and the great coastal decor never lets you forget you are on vacation at the beach.

Awesome beach cottage
This was our first Vrbo stay and it exceeded all our expectations. The home was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We will definitely reserve this home again.

Great house, Amazing beach, Awesome Owners
My family and I decided to travel down to Laguna Beach pretty last minute in June. This place was awesome! Quick 3 block walk to get to the beach. Plenty of outdoor space under the house and a great outdoor shower. Owners were awesome to deal with and were very accommodating before, during, and after our stay. We have two dogs and were able to bring them with us. House has an awesome deck with a gate so the pups were able to spend a ton of time outside. Only advice I would have is to make sure you bring something for gnats when hanging outside around the house at dusk. Really had no mosquitos but there were a decent amount of non-biting gnats during that time. Nothing to do with the house but these are near the gulf during the summer. We used a Thermacell and it kept them away just fine. We will definitely be back sooner than later. If you want a great experience book this house!

Cute and cozy beach house!!
We fell in love with this place! Short walk to the beach. Loved the decor! Perfect for small family. The owner is very pleasant! I feel like I’ve met a new friend! The place has everything you need and then some! Can’t wait to book our next trip!!

Great little home away from home!
Our family of five enjoyed our spring break here. The house was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was not to bad, however we did typically just drive down since we had our three kids and all our beach gear(their was plenty of parking). The neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect beach house for a family getaway!

Beach cottage
Quaint property 5 minute walk from the beach with great decor. Furniture and mattresses need updating but the owners are constantly improving the property. Fun lower bar area In former car port and fire pit in back for a camping like experience.

Great beach house........great stay!
Excellent cozy beach house. Perfect for short stays and perfect for long stays. We stayed for a month and wish we could have stayed longer. The home was lovely, well decorated and had everything we needed. The owners we GREAT. Very responsive very accommodating. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great time in PCB. Also within walking distance to several public beach access walkways. We will definitely be back.

Perfect family vacation
The house was absolutely perfect for our family, from age 13 to senior citizens. Everyone had a great time. Beautiful home furnished with perfect decor! The beach, shopping, dinners out, pier park... All was perfect!
The house had everything we needed from linens to pot and pans. The outdoor space downstairs was where we all spent alot of time together. Lots of seating and a huge hammock to take quicks naps! It was nice to be so close to the beach and be able to see the flag for water conditions before going
