I normally schedule my rentals from Saturday to Saturday. However, there are times throughout the year when I may be able to work with you to accept bookings which do not begin and end on a Saturday so please send me an inquiry first. On receipt of your preferred dates, I will do my best to accommodate your request with a prompt reply by email. If your dates straddle a holiday week, the cost of your reservation may be adjusted to reflect the full holiday rate.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

The house was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. What made it even better was the great decor of the home and the beach essentials (towels, chairs, floats, etc.). The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to anything you need. We had a wonderful relaxing time.

Valerie is the consummate “landlady” - met us on arrival and looked in to wave us off as we headed to the airport.
The Lighthouse is a tremendous place to stay with all sorts of interesting features, some of which we only spotted the day we left!
Really well equipped, with everything you could think of available.
Comfy beds, quality bed linen, towels and furniture made for a great stay.
We’ll certainly return and recommend to friends!

Six of us (three generations) stayed here during a hot February week and found The Lighthouse to be ideal and quite stunning - so much so that my two young ones were ready to explore every nook and cranny of the building after 17 hours of travel!
We met Valerie twice, she was helpful, enthusiastic and keen to ensure that our holiday went to plan - it did.
Great location - huge, unspoiled beach 5 mins walk; bars / shops 10 mins walk; supermarket 3 mins drive; Tampa International 75 mins drive (on a clear run) and so much to do in the area you simply cannot do everything.
If we ever head back to Anna Maria Island then we will look to rent The Lighthouse again.

Our family truly enjoyed this home . The owners attention to detail and festive arrangement was incredible. The house was more of a beautiful peice of art and was very comfortable to stay.

We had a wonderful 11 day stay in August in this unique property. The owners truly want you to have a first class holiday experience. The lighthouse was decorated and cleaned to the highest standard. The pool is at the front of the house and is not large but was big enough for our family if 2 teenagers and 2 adults and the tropical plants screened it off well. The beach toys and supplies were a great addition, The walk to the beautiful beaches is under 10 minutes. Valerie was superb to deal with, very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property it is exceptional.
