You can walk to the best that St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key have to offer and grab a quick taxi/Uber or bike ride to Downtown Sarasota. The entire estate is secured by a large privacy gate that guards the large courtyard and pool area. This property is in the exclusive neighborhood of John Ringling Estates. This property is truly one of a kind, you'll have all the space and privacy you need when you want it, while also having the location and proximity to the beach, Sarasota Bay, and lively atmosphere of St. Armand's Circle.

Upon entering the home through the front door, the first thing you'll notice will be the beautiful original hardwood floors, the antique windows offer cascading natural light throughout the home, and the newly renovated kitchen area, that gracefully ties into the upscale feel of the estate. The living space itself, including the kitchen, living, and dining rooms are perfectly set up for a large group meal, to kick back and relax, or enjoy some quality family or friends bonding time. For an added feature, there is also a detached entertainment room, featuring a large HDTV, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas, Laundry Room, and Full Bathroom. This area is perfect to host events, family gatherings and game night while also having the flexibility to sleep 4 people. Once outside, you'll find the grounds to be truly breathtaking. You won't believe the size of this estate. You'll find gorgeous antique brick pavers, perfectly manicured and lush natural landscaping, a private heated pool, and a courtyard large enough to host a small event.

This home is like none other in the area due to its historic prominence. The house is full of characters ranging from the original hardwood floors, glass doorknobs, and antique crank windows. The living space of this home is spread out over two stories. Downstairs you will find the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living room, Sitting Area, and a half bathroom. When you head up the hardwood floor staircase you'll find all 3 bedrooms, which includes 1 master with en-suite bathroom. There are 2 Master bedrooms and 1 Bunk bedroom in total. The 2 Master Bedrooms come equipped with large King Beds while the bunk room is furnished with Full over Full and Twin over Twin bunks. The second floor also has a large full-sized bathroom located in the main hallway that also has a small washer and dryer unit.

This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you'll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 3.3 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is less than a $10 Uber to downtown - so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is also near City Island where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory - featuring large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up-close and personal nautical experience.
