After a day at the beach, IMAGINE shooting some hoops and enjoying the large, private (heated if necessary) swimming pool.

We have six children and live in Texas. We love to go to the beach and I bought the our first beach house for my bride's birthday. We gutted the house down to the studs and completely remodeled it. I decided to start renting the house to make up for some of the monthly expenses and it turned into a great small business. We decided to expand in 2005 and bought this house in Panama City Beach and renovated that as well. Both houses have been a wonderful blessing for us. We bought another house in 2012 and it is awesome. It is in Destin. The fourth house was purchased in 2014 in Destin and sold it in 2015 for a very nice profit.

Great house for a large group
Had an excellent stay with some friends and a lot of kids. The house had plenty of room for everyone and was well maintained. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Very good experience overall.

Great week
The property was amazing,loved being that close to the beach we even where able to get my 83 year old mother to he beach. We all had a great time and would recommend it to everyone we know.

This property is a great location for not being oceanfront. You can't get much closer.
I would recommend this property to anybody. It was great. My only recommendations would be to bring beach/pool towels and hairdryers.

Annual Family Gathering
This property was perfect for our annual family gathering! We had 13 people from 4 states and there was plenty of room for all of us. Being so close to the beach made is easy for everyone to choose their own beach schedule. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends!

Fun Family Trip
Property was great. Very clean and large enough for our group (11 adults, six kids). The pool was clutch and we were delighted with how close this home is to the beach.
The top floor master doesn't have a door so noise traveled easily from the bottom floor to the third floor but we turned on a white noise app on the iPad and it helped.
I would have appreciated more attention from the owners before we arrived on site. They provided several eating and extra curricular options but not until we were onsite and by that time our vacation was planned out. I got the feeling we bothered them.
We cooked for several meals and found the kitchen well appointed (but they could use another cutting board!). Lots of seating options inside and out, comfortable beds and you can't beat the location.

Enjoyable family reunion
A couple of bumps initially but the property owner was responsive and addressed the issues in a timely manner. The property description was not clear that one of the sleeping spaces was bunk beds in the master closet, but we had two little ones with us who saw it as an adventure! Great location to the beach - literally across the street from the public access! Would definitely consider this property again if we return to the area.

Retirement Celebration
roomy, 2 large bdrms for 2 families of 4, ( 2 children each) plenty of cooking utensils in kitchen, large BBQ grill, plenty of pool chairs/tables. very close to beautiful beach, close to grocery stores, recommend you stay here
